Love the ambiance here! Very historic with a twist of modern decor! It's that winding staircase for me! Located inside the Moxy hotel, this place is super cute! We celebrated a friend's birthday over dinner! Everyone had an amazing time. The service was very good. The steak frites was delicious. Their well-crafted cocktails are excellent. Parking can be tricky, but I lucked out and snagged a spot across the street! I plan to come back for brunch!!

The entire experience was wonderful. Lauren the manager there was so on top of things and such a lovely person. Waitress was so sweet and quick with everything. The food was spectacular and the ambiance was excellent. Highly recommend to everyone.

The food is excellent, but the staffing could use a lot of help. This place was great when it opened a year ago, but seems to be having some major issues now. The upstairs is always “hosting a private event” when I’m pretty sure the reality is they do not have the staff to open it, even when downstairs is packed. The staff that is there can many times be heard, openly, complaining about their jobs, managers, company, etc. It kind of makes for an uncomfortable experience. There have been times where service has been exemplary but others where it’s unfriendly or nonexistent. I want to like this place because it’s right next to where I live and the parent company usually puts out a quality product but I’m losing faith.

We went on a Thuesday night and had a mostly good meal. The appetizers and entrees were very good. I had the Moule Frites appetizer as a main, and it was a very generous serving. The crab soup was delicious with a bit of a spicy kick. The service was attentive but not intrusive. My only complaint was the dessert. I ordered the Moon Pie which was supposed to have a chocolate sponge. Perhaps I didn't dig into the disk far enough, but it was a rock hard and exceedingly dry, and I never got to any cake. There were also extremely sour blueberries as a garnish that detracted even more from the dessert. It was definitely not worth $17.

Amazing experience and atmosphere! We had a quick little getaway in DC and decided to duck out for a quiet dinner at this great spot near our hotel. My teenage sons were very impressed with the service and how they were treated, and they even got to meet the executive chef. We enjoyed the Grand Seafood Tower, the Chesapeake Crab Dip, and some caviar (their first time). The staff made my son's birthday more memorable with an amazing pumpkin spice dessert and we all enjoyed it, along with some other desserts as well. We don't live far and will definitely be back!

The staff were outstanding and knowledgeable. The drinks and food were delicious. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night. Parlour Victoria is the perfect place for a fish/seafood lover. We cannot wait to return and try more amazing dishes!

Beautiful ambiance, on the higher end dining side. I got a cup of the gumbo which was delicious. Happy hour prices for oysters available. Gorgeous dimly lit upstairs, great for date night .

This restaurant brings the vibes for a great evening out with friends date night or even a solo dining outing. Came for a late night birthday celebration. Enjoyed the appetizers (pictured) and we all loved our cocktails. We also had the chicken and sausage gumbo and the fish and chips. No big complaint everything was good, just not great. Service was average, again nothing bad but not outstanding. If I could do a half star I would, so plan to visit again to try out brunch and some different options!

The service here is absolutely phenomenal--especially the man in glasses manning the bar downstairs. We got seated promptly and it took a little time ordering, but the food is delicious and on par with something you'd find in food meccas like LA. The interior is such a vibe and felt like I entered Bridgerton downstairs and upstairs felt like the set of Peaky Blinders. The mussels frites were perfectly made and the mussels were super fresh (kinda rare feat in the US). We really enjoyed the shrimp cocktail and little neck clam with the sauce pairings I ended up dipping my frites in there as well. The charbroiled broccolini was made perfectly and the sauce and pomegranates it came with paired really well in a supposedly simple dish. My friend enjoyed her crab cake as well and said that it's really fresh and well seasoned. You can tell that there's a lot of thought and craft into cooking these delicious dishes and I really enjoyed my meal here. The happy hour menu looked amazing and I definitely want to visit during my next trip here.

A friend and I made a game time decision to grab brunch at Parlour Victoria since it was restaurant week and as cold as ever. The place is so cute inside, really love the vibe of the upstairs space with the very modern but on theme decor. We sat near the bar and our server was great. He was funny and engaging despite being short staffed and busy. The food was delicious! The sweet potato waffle was really good, crisp and the perfect amount of sweetness. The chicken was well fried however personally I'm not a dark meat fan. The lobster tail was the star of the day with being perfectly cooked and seasoned... didn't even need the clarified butter. The eggs were a bit more basic but still very well prepared. Would definitely visit again!

First, I saw this review and still went because the menu looked amazing. But please get rid of the 3.5% upcharge, and just raise your prices, 3.5% seems like a nickle and dime even if you are recouping the charges brought on by doing business in DC. We go to many nice restaurants and I will happily pay for great food and service. The good, the menu looked absolutely amazing for dinner and brunch, and we were looking forward to coming back for brunch one day. We were one of about 15 people in the restaurant so service should have been outstanding but I saw our server spend quite a bit of time on a phone and laptop, and honestly attitude was just blah. We did not get any recommendations, specials, favorites, or dessert recommendations. The crawfish mac and cheese has phenomenal potential. I expected to bite into something hot but it was not at all and given the lack of customers I thought that food should have been piping hot. We got the deviled eggs, and honestly for $12 instead of 3 eggs please throw a 4th on the plate. Most people share and three is such an odd number. I am not sure why I had to pay for eggs at the same price as oysters. The eggs were really good, the 4th would have made this better. We also got the fried lobster tail and that was our mistake. I thought the lobster tail would be lightly fried since it is lobster but it was covered in breading. It had a good taste, just my preconceived notions were a little different. The location is phenomenal for a date night or happy hour. Be warned though, the price of their cocktails is higher than the competition in the area and while I did not have one because of the price, I also did not get one because nothing seemed unique. Also, just for education purposes that everyone should understand. Non-alcoholic spirits are not actually non-alcoholic, it just means legally it has to have less than .5% and for recovering alcoholics this is no non-alcoholic.

Parlour Victoria was all marketing. The "townhouse" was just the front of an old building that the Moxy Hotel was built behind. The inside looked and felt cheap - unlike the photos in the webpage. My deviled eggs were overpowered by too much truffle oil and crunchy bacon crumbles. The crust on the fried chicken all fell off exposing pale white meat tasting past its prime. Skipped dessert at that point. The glass of Riesling that I had was good. Cross Parlour Victoria off the list!

My husband and I were staying at the Moxy hotel and we were asking the staff who has good breakfast and we tried out this amazing place. The restaurant is beautifully and tastefully decorated with comfortable seating. Our server Ifranta was very accommodating and friendly. There was a large party taking place at the time and she didn't miss a beat in taking care of us .The manager Lauren checked in on us frequently and carried herself in a very professional manner. She walked around making sure everyone was ok. We overheard some patrons expressing their displeasure with their large party seating arrangements but she was able to offer them options within reason without allowing the ambiance of the restaurant being disrupted. Handled the situation with 100% class. Now on to the food! The sweet potato chicken and waffles were amazing. The gumbo reminded me of the gumbo I had in New Orleans. I'm not a fan of deviled eggs but they were pretty good. The chargrilled oysters were on point! The crawfish Mac and cheese was creamy and seasoned just right The Raspberry Beret cocktail had a perfect balance in terms of ingredients. We enjoyed our experience so much we returned the next day.
