Food was great. Was having a good time until I saw 2 cockroaches crawling across my table. Server acted like no big deal when I called his attention to it

Cute lil spot, but do NOT order the pho. I ordered the spicy lemongrass and they gave me spaghetti noodles and not vermicelli. The noodles were all overcooked. I had to send it back and get a combo fried rice. The rice was decent, but with a place with pho in their name it was disappointing to receive such a nasty bowl of pho. They apparently won awards for their food in the past, but what I received wasn’t worthy of any award at all. If you go there don’t get the pho.

I arrived at pho restaurant at 8:30 thinking they closed at 9:30 on Sundays, but I tried to call so many times they don’t take the phone, so I decided to go to the restaurant, and when I got there they said they close at 8:30 when the website says 9:30 ??? So if you wanna go there be at least 2 hours before closing like if the web site says they they close at 9:30 be at least 3 hours earlier they may tell you they are closing especially Sundays

The Vietnamese crepe was deep fried and the pork looked and tasted so old, the beef pho has a bad taste. The waiter’s finger nails were so dirty. Horrible place!

I Am Highly Upset!!!!! PISSED! The Noodles Were Over Cooked And Broke Like Little Worms They Packaged My Food With No Care No Utensils And Gave Me Literally 2 Jalapeños, I Didn’t Receive The Essentials For My Pho. I’m A Pho Traveler So Believe When I Say NOOOO. I Was Very Hungry And Could Not Finish My Food Because It Was Not Edible. I Feel Disrespected.

Best pho in DC, with great vegan options! Notoriously bad about opening on time.

Great dining experience. Especially considering the prices this spot is for sure worth a stop if you want Vietnamese food. I think it has the best pho in the neighborhood.

Pho 14 has the best pho around! Every time we're in DC we try to stop by here, especially when it's cold and rainy out!

I was looking for a pho place in DC on a rainy and cold day. I texted my friend and he recommended this place. So we hoped in our car and went there for lunch. Although the restaurant wasn't packed but we noticed they were getting tons of online or phone orders. They had so many deliveries constantly or people coming to pick up their food. Ambiance is decent. Nothing fancy about it. Small place in the Columbia Heights area. Staff was very nice. I ordered the combo with all the meat options and extra meat. The trick is to order extra meat ad you get so much meat for the next day as well. I love the beef broth and all the condiments that come with it. Everything smelled and tasted fresh. I squeeze a lot of lime in mine. And always add sriracha sauce to make it spicy. Price is nominal especially cause it's almost like I am paying for two meals. I think with the extra meat option it costs me $17. So worth it. I then ordered on DoorDash a couple of days later. Parking could be hard to find near this location. So if you can DoorDash or Uber eats then I recommend delivering option over dine in. They have very good packaging.

The fried egg rolls: the best I've ever had The spicy beef noodle soup: delectable. I can't manage to eat it without a noodle whipping the spicy broth into my eyes, but it's worth it every time. The sandwich platter: perhaps the best deal in the city The spring rolls: fresh every time The chicken pho: on the blander side - I usually prefer chicken soup but I recommend beef here

mediocre pho with tough meat, i wouldn’t personally go back (there’s better places in eden center and rosslyn)
