When we arrived to the restaraunt we were seated upstairs ..... when the entire restaraunt was empty. That felt a bit strange. The gentlemen who waited on us was extremely attentive though, so that made up for the previous experience. Pizza fresh, and hot with excellent ingredients. I would not mind visiting again in the future!

Having visited Pi Pizzeria in St Louis, I had high hopes for this visit and came away disappointed. Service was below average. Our deep dish pizza was overcooked, not burnt, but quite crispy. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant was clean, but we hoped for better food and service. I would try other pizza places before returning to this one.

Wow, such amazing deep dish and thin crust pizza's, very high quality! The garlic knots were so good too! The apple pie melted in my mouth! would definitely recommend and come back! Such a cute atmosphere as well with very prompt service!

We were excited for a good pizza and were super disappointed! The order was simple: a large pepperoni pizza. It took longer than usual when it came out a cheese only pizza. They took it back, added pepperoni and bake it some more. We waited 20 minutes for a burnt pizza! The crust was visibly burnt and hard. No apologies! We ate it because our kids were hungry. Terrible pizza, terrible service!!! Avoid!!

I’ve had Chicago and NY, but this one really delivers. You just need to come and try it. Worth Avery single penny. Forget about giordanos deep dish. This is it. Price and service is a plus.

Really great pizza in a very cool atmosphere. The location appears to have originally been several buildings that have been combined with the removal of walls and the addition of an atrium to cover a courtyard, decorated with Edison bulbs and other nice lights and decorations.The pizza was fantastic. We got the Kirkwood and the Central West End pizzas. Both were amazing. Kids loved the Kirkwood and the adults loved both.Beer selection was great, many different selections on tap, and many other drink options. Highly recommend.

I was afraid that this would be a tourist trap but was pleasantly surprised that our food was tasty and hot and the service was friendly and professional. Their pizza is not quite the level of a NYC pizza but for a family seeking a nice, reasonably-priced place for a quick meal in a city filled with expensive restaurants, this was a good find.

The service was fantastic. Our waitress was very attentive. The pizza was very tasty we had the thin crust Central West End. There were plenty of toppings and they were fresh, and the pizza was baked well although be aware the crust is very crispy.We were seated right away at 6:30 PM on a Wednesday night. The building is beautiful with tons of seating.Enjoy!

Great place to grab a bite to eat and pick up a slice of pizza. Staff was really nice and very attentive. I ordered the Chicago style deep dish pizza, and found the sauce to be very delicious however I noticed compared to normal chicago-style pizza the crust was overly thick and not enough cheese in the middle. That said, there's not a lot of options out there for getting chicago-style and being from the Midwest it's my favorite, so PI pizzeria is sort of a solution to get my fix.

Would recommend coming here but it’s not a deep dish destination of DC in my opinion.The garlic knots were fun since they uniquely had cheese in the middle, but one didn’t have a lot of cheese inside.
I ordered the garlic knots, and they were good. I also ordered the Delmar deep dish pizza. It was good. Crust needs flavor. Staff seems to be overwhelmed at times. They did have a larger party in the other area of the restaurant.

Wow, amazing pizza. Everything tasted so fresh, and the flavors were very well-balanced. We got the Berkeley 12" deep dish. I wasn't expecting to find such a great pizza as I was just looking for an easy, casual dinner!

This is actually one of our favorite places to eat and it's our 1st place we always go to as soon as we get settled into our room. Pizza is amazing! Definitely recommend eating there!

Spot on great pizza. I must eat Gluten Free and this was as good a GF pizza as I've had including my travels all over Italy. The crust was outstanding. Ingredients were fresh and plentiful. Decor is authentic DC. It only took about 15 minutes for the pizza to be delivered to our table and it came out hot

We loved our pizza! Jalapeños on pizza YUM! Had anchovies added to Caesar great. Wine and beer as expected. Atmosphere very casual. Waitstaff very attentive. Highly recommend.
