On the day a went to this Popeyes the manager was working the cash register. She had a very nasty attitude and the look on her face was a mean one. She had gotten a few people order wrong, she stopped taking my order to go explain herself. Whereas she should have said "I will be over after I finish with this customer. " When she returned to the register her attitude was worse, I walked out of the restaurant. I refuse to spend my money there with that type of service.

The team was very disappointing last night. And nasty to us.A young man came up to the counter and shouted to us that he wasn't making any mobileOrders. He was very rude, disrespectful and ugly towards guest. he got into a shouting match with me while I was picking up 3rd party orders. Apart of this is because the restaurant was severely understaffed. Tickets allOver the counters. No standards. No handwashing. No rotating food and the place was disgusting. The young man called me a sexual derogatory slur in Spanish and the manager told me he was just a teenager and overlooked his behavior. I'm very disappointed and appalled at the behaviors I witnessed last night

This is the worst employee Teresa. She has a careless attitude towards anyone and just doesn't do her job properly. She moves like she doesn't want to work. I have to ask for sauces and utensils that were clearly on the order. The whole place needs retraining because the managers allow this. Basura.

The Hispanic (H) managers & employees openly practice racism & discrimination against customers who are non Hispanic (NH). Several times, I’ve witnessed the staff: (1) give NH customers older or smaller portion food from the front of food trays, while selecting fresher & larger portioned food from the rear of trays. (2) charge NH customers extra $$ for sauces, napkins, utensils etc., while offering & giving H customers the same items at no extra charge. (3) offer & allow H customers to substitute items or customize orders without extra charge, while disallowing NH customers the same opportunity. (4) serve undercooked food & give difficulty or deny refunds or exchanges to NH customers. (5) accepted returned food from customers & place it right back with food to be served to new customers..!!! THIS & EVEN MORE..!!!! THEY HAVE TO GO..!!! ASAP!!!!Vegetarian options: Veggies or healthy food options are NON EXISTENT!!!!

They were just thrown together and the staff seemed to be confused about my order which was placed through the Popeyes app. At this time I do not recommend anything on their menu. I feel the staff should be better trained and preparing sandwiches.Parking: A large number of parking spots were available since this is a shopping center.
