The young short man taking our order refused speak a word, and just nodded his head when we asked a question. Another employee came out later and made our order, who was nice. My stomach hurts after eating the Mediterranean sub so I'm not sure if I would come back to this location.

I ordered food for pickup since there was a BOGO deal and it was a Thursday, so double points! $10.11 for two huge sandwiches is a win.The sandwich maker was super friendly and upbeat and I love interacting with those who show such enthusiasm for their job and can crack a joke---I had ordered extra of a bunch of things, and the team member said she felt like she was rolling up a big burrito. Truly each sandwich was like 3 lbs of food. The interior was clean and well maintained. Decorated modestly for the holidays and with some decor that evoked where it was located---Chinatown. The veggie melt sandwich I ordered tasted so good! Packed with flavor, huge portion, super fresh, and oiled up and seasoned the way I love it.

Could not call in an order because the lady said they were busy. So I go around the corner, five minute walk. I walk in they is one person in line. The system would not take the order on the phone because the system was down. If you want our money please do better.

This location messed my order up and made it impossible to contact them about. Food was very oily and poorly put together. I ordered a wreck with hot peppers and there was more oil than peppers. The sandwich was cold when the sandwiches are supposed to be hot.I attempted to call several times with no response and could not get help on the website either

If you order lunch online at the Chinatown location it can take a half hour or more than the scheduled time to get your food. It would be faster to show up in person than order online. Staff seems ill equipped to deal with high volume. Go somewhere else.On the plus side you'll have plenty of time to leave a Yelp review.

I ordered a sandwich and added additional toppings to the sandwich. Only to discover I only had the additional toppings I asked for. I went back to the store and the staff was very unprofessional, argumentative and liars. I will not ever go to this location ever again.

I wish I had the name of the 2 wonderful individuals that prepared our order!! I haven't been to a potbelly since i lived in Seattle years ago. And those 2 really did a wonderful job reminding me why i loved ordering sandwiches from there. I am sad my trip was so short! 10/10 will come back again!
