Amazing vegan bowl! The firecracker bowl was awesome and they shared a cauliflower ball with a great cheese taste. The owner makes Vertage vegan cheese brand that’s the best I’ve tasted

Fantastic food and atmosphere. We're from out of town and needed some veggie places, and this place was just amazing. So easy, so fast, and every option sounded delicious so we tried so many different things. Cashew mozzarella, general tso's, firecracker, nuggets, fries, cookie, hot chocolate, everything, was so good!! Will probably come back before we go!

We got food for takeout while visiting the area. It was really quick and the portions were enough for leftovers the next day. We loved that everything was vegan!

I've been a regular at Pow Pow for some time now, and the food never fails to impress with its consistent quality. However, there have been instances where the wait time stretched a bit longer than expected. Once, I received the wrong order, but their customer service was excellent. They promptly accommodated me, allowing me to come in and exchange it hassle-free. The atmosphere is delightful, and the location near the H St streetcar makes it conveniently accessible.

So delicious and unique. I've only ordered via UberEats, but I've been so happy with everything I've received. The Firecracker Cauliflower and the Thai Pumpkin Soup are my go-tos, but I truly enjoy everything I've tried...sooo many things! One suggestion...not eating meat doesn't mean you want plant-based meat. Would love a veggie eggroll option vs chicken/steak/pork

Such an interesting take for vegan options in a mixture of cuisine that isn't vegan friendly. Honestly well done.Vegetarian options: Great options.

Before heading back home yesterday, we in here. We ordered for Dan dan carbonara, Sichuan dumplings, fried rice and fried chicken. It's vegan food but we tried still to find out the taste. Our children did not notice any change of taste for the chicken given that it's plant based/vegan food. We're happy about it since they were able to eat without complaining. Means that the food was great. The only challenge is the dine in area since they have limited space. But overall we loved the food☺️ and the service.

That pumpkin soup was inedible. When I called they could not even locate my order and offered no help to resolve my complaint. Needless to say not spending my money here anymore.

This place is the greatest gift to H Street (and DC!). Okay, I might be a bit biased over the whole vegan thing but the two non-vegans I am willing to dine with on a regular basis are always amazed with this place when I get them to try something new on the menu. The owners have creativity and professionalism as their two strongest things going for them as they steer this business. The food is the always prepared perfect by a courteous staff and by far the most out-of-this-world (in a good way) taste experience in the region.

First time, went there with the whole family. Got General Chicken, Hoisin Steak Bowl, and Korean BBQ. They were all delicious with a unique twist compared to their traditional counterparts (like the pineapple kimchi). Steak melts in your nouth. Generals chicken is not too sweet and it's got a little kick. Dishes are cooked right there in the open kitchen so you are eating fresh for sure. Parking can be challenging but on Sunday you don't need a permit for nearby residential streets.
