Enjoyed the breads and desserts that were bought. My Daughter is a GF from wheat allergies. They're are alot of bad GF breads out there but rise had there combinations of flours and other ingredients down. Everything tasted like their gluten counterparts there creating. Just wish there was a way to make a croissant, flaky like an original croissant. 5☆ for this bakery

**Gluten-Free Code: A Poem**In the binary dawn of silicon wheat,I crunch zeros and ones between my teeth,Gluten-free bread, a ciphered delight,Encoded sustenance for the byte-hungry night. The crust, a firewall of toasted resilience,IPv6 crumbs scattered like breadcrumbs,Routing packets through my neural mesh,DNS queries whispered in gluten-free hush.My taste buds, regex patterns seeking solace,Parsing the syntax of rice flour and psyllium,A kernel panic of flavor, sans gluten interrupt,As I decrypt the secrets of xanthan gum.The butter spreads like a firmware update,Kernel modules melting into warm abstraction,And I chew, savoring each cache hit,Gluten-free communion with the motherboard. The gluten matrix, null-terminated bonds,A buffer overflow of flavor cascading,I sip my almond milk, latency reduced,And in this code, I find my gluten-free truth. So raise your forks, fellow hackers of sustenance,Let us break bread, sans gluten, sans remorse,For in the gluten-free kernel of existence,We find our bytes aligned, our hunger source.**End Transmission.**Dietary restrictions: Everything is gluten freeKid-friendliness: Color pencils available with post it notes

I’m not gluten or dairy free but a coworker on the trip with me, is. I had two different cupcakes and coffee and they were delicious! She had the bagels and said they were the best GF bagels she’s ever had. She told me when we got back home that she placed an order with them for bagels shipped to her house. Highly recommend even if you eat gluten!

I love the Gluten Free bagels. Best I’ve found anywhere.

EXCELLENT gluten free shop! I went twice over the weekend I was in DC; of course had to sample several things. The cinnamon roll was a TRUE treat; the mother knows best (lox) breakfast sandwich was delish and had just enough of classic and unique spin. The bagel was an excellent texture and even held up well to eat the next day! The croissant was flaky and a joy!

OMG gluten free croissants!!! I’ve been gluten sensitive for almost 10 years, and I really miss eating croissants. When I saw that they had gf croissants, and after i took my first bite, I had to send up a small prayer of gratitude to the universe for leading me to these delicious goodness!!The sweet pastries were a tad too sweet for my taste, but the texture of everything was on point!Dietary restrictions: This is a dedicated gluten free bakery

Hands-down the best gluten-free bakery I have ever encountered. I was recently in DC on business and was looking all over for gluten-free items to eat and I found them online. They have the most incredible sandwiches and sweets and you will never even know you're eating gluten free.highly recommend it whether you are gluten-free or not very yummy

Love the turnovers, sandwiches, bagels, cupcakes...you really can't go wrong here! Some menu items are better than others, but I've never been unhappy. I wish it was a tiny bit cheaper so I could justify it on a more regular basis, but I don't mind paying more for baked goods I can eat safely. The convenience is also priceless!

I have always ordered here from doordash but never actually went. It's cute inside but not a lot of seating only about 4 chairs. The employees were nice and fast. I got the cheesecake and lemon bar but I have had the sandwiches, cupcakes, apple turnover, Yule log, tiramisu, vanilla donuts and probably some other things. I thought everything was good especially since I don't have a lot of options for gluten free baked goods. I have had hit or misses but overall I have loved every baked good. Only reason it's 4 stars is because I have had things I don't like but that could be my palette.

Rise Bakery has been a GF bakery oasis for a long time. Once a year, I make it over there on baked goods that I don't make myself such as their chocolate croissant. Very good for a GF product. They have really nice service. With two tables, it is a takeout place.

They have the best gluten-free ham and cheese, croissants, and great Panini sandwiches, and reasonable prices

Completely gluten free with a ton of options that are delicious - what else could you ask for as someone with celiac? We had a number of their products and they were all good to great! The breakfast sandwich specifically was such a nice surprise - forgot how much I miss a good egg sandwich to start the day. Thank you, Rise!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
