Beautiful decor and Amazing food. The naan is fantastically light with just enough crisp to it. I tried the Jhol Momo and it was delicious. Momo serving size (10 pieces) is plenty to make sure you leave full!

Our order arrived after 45-50 mins. Ordered butter chicken and paneer tikka masala - both tasted good! Service is super slow. Pretty low-key place overall.

I really liked the taste of Chicken biryani. I had it to go. The one thing good about it was that it wasn’t dry. It was cooked well with great blend of spices.

I had dinner here last night with my secret boyfriend and we were a little disappointed with our meal. The butter chicken had NO spice, not even a little bit, which really surprised us. The lamb Rogan Josh was nice but could have used more meat, considering the price. The garlic naan and rice was good though.

They have some questionable practices. There's an 18% service charge on all orders and that's written on a small part of the menu. Moreover THIS IS NOT SAKINA HALAL GRILL I don't know why it says so on google and yelp.

I love this place the environment is very calm and peaceful very good place with slow music songs?. Every visit of mine to Washington DC I always go to this place with my husband ?. Also the workers are very polite and helpful. I recommend others to visit this best food place in Washington DC.?

I came here at 7:30pm and waited in a super long line just seeing tables empty but not cleaned. Finally someone came to clean so we were seated. 20 mins later finally someone came to take our order. That was 7:50pm. It is now 9:10pm and still NO FOOD NO DRINKS NO BEER NO NOTHING has been served to us. This restaurant closes in less than an hour and we still haven’t even seen our appetizers or food or anything. It is ridiculous of how long 4 tables here all have ordered and haven’t gotten any food. Each table has been waiting for over 45-90 mins for their food. Finally we called the waited to ask us to at least bring our beer that we ordered over an hour ago.I don’t even know how the food is going to be but it WON’T be able to make up for the WASTED TIME here. No restaurant is worth 2+ hours of wait before you even see the food being served. Absolutely outrageous.Update - Finally 100 mins of ordering the food, our food was brought out and some were warm and some were cold but nothing on our table was worthy of the 100 mins of wait for this food. But this still isn’t the WORST moment. The check came promptly after and THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE US 18% SERVICE TAX.Heck where was this 18% worth of service that you provided.I can mange this restaurant better than them. Absolute waste of time and money.

DO NOT order TAKE OUT because you will either miss 1-2 of the main entrées and you have to drive there and wait another 45mins for the food to get done. Beats the purpose of the takeout! Then again for dine in if you are a person who is okay to wait for your food for about 1hr 30mins ish, then you won't have any problems.Their in person service is okay, food is good. But I've learned my lessons and don't think I can give it another chance.

Not a pleasant experience. A long wait game to take in the order, only for us to leave after spending better of the hour drinking water.
