Made a little error on our order, switched out an order of wrinkle cheese fries with a normal order of wrinkle fries. Which are not better than regular fries at all. Burgers were ok but small considering the steep price. Not better than BK, not necessarily worse either.

The food was slightly better than an average fast food joint. There is minimal seating, so don't expect to sit down at lunch time. Burgers were $10, but it's DC so everything is expensive. You order at the counter, then pick up food when they announce its ready.

The customer service is wonderful. The workers are extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be eating here again.
One of the goto places in national mall area for quick bites. Kiosk was there but only 3 tablets were available, so depending on the time it may take around 1 to 10 minutes wait time to order. But service was quick and friendly service. There were tables outside the restaurant as well. Chicken shack and vanilla classic shakes were good.
