Delicious! Was very surprised by how great this place was. Super flavorful. Bowls can be a little empty if you don’t get a lot of toppings though.

Amazing!!!! Got the cauliflower and Shwarma and was absolutely blown away by sauces and flavors. Wish I’d taken pictures before inhaling it all. Recommend rice and lentil base!!

Food is amazing. I’ve eaten there a lot, and it’s fantastic. I’m not a vegetarian but their Shouk Burger (veggie burger) is one of the best fast casual sandwiches I’ve had. If you’re eating there or ordering takeout, disregard the three stars.Delivery has been incredibly frustrating. I put my address *** St NE in the Shouk app. I know this because Shouk emailed me an order confirmation with the correct address. Somewhere between Shouk and DoorDash, the address was conveyed to DoorDash as *** St NW, not NE. I tried calling and texting the driver to fix it, but the driver doesn’t speak English. I tried to get DoorDash to help, but after three phone calls nothing changed. They said Shouk had to refund my order because Shouk received my payment information. I tried calling Shouk, but their phone number isn’t real. It just gives you the option to receive a text message with certain info, and tells you if you want to actually talk with someone you have to email. What kind of restaurant prevents you from calling and speaking with someone at the restaurant? Now I’m out my money and have no food. I submitted a complaint through the app, but figured other people should know the delivery experience has been pretty suboptimal.

The shouk veggie burger was delicious, all the flavors of the veggies in there came through very strongly. The pita had a wonderful soft, almost crepe-like texture, and the shkoug sauce I added to it was also delicious (just wished I had more of it because it was pretty tiny and I ran out quickly). My girlfriend got the falafel pita and was very happy with it. She just wished it was a little cheaper given that the pitas at Falafel Inc. are pretty similar and about half the price.

Amazing fast-casual vegan food. They are also very environmentally friendly. Food was very good, the atmosphere modern and inviting, and they are under a reliable Orthodox Hashgacha for their Kashrut certification.Dietary restrictions: Certified Kosher

A great place was vegans. They have made it sustainable with eco friendly cups and papers. I tried the mashroom shawarma which was amazing but what stood out was the fries.Fries are a MUST TRY

Can't believe it's taken me so long to try this place! The Shouk burger and falafel bowl were so good especially the burger. The bowl was a little dry but easily fixable with sauce on the side. Will definitely try the mushroom shawarma next time.

Very disappointing to say the least. Received cold falafel balls and had to ask for a fresh batch. After about 10 minutes received overly overcooked falafel balls fryed in rancid oil. Unedible. The malabi was good but way overpriced. Bottom line - look for your Mediterranean fix somewhere else.

Really awful and inauthentic food. Falafel was very greasy and mushy, no crispy exterior… and my friend got the shawarma that was dry as hell. Bad representation of the beauty of Palestinian food unfortunately.

Well, I can say this place certainly tastes healthy lol. I didn't care for the bread, but I know that is there traditional bread. I wish it was toasted or something. But aside from that the contents of the burger was pretty solid! I really appreciate variety here at Union Market. A solid choice for anyone looking for a healthy burger alternative.

Portions are ridiculously small. Food in the US in expensive but this is a joke- fast food lunch for almost $15 - I had to get another lunch after eating here, I was so hungry, won’t go back

Their cuisine is flavorful and creative. All of the food is delicious, filling, and made from plants. Strongly advised here.

Walked in here, expecting Palestinian food from the dishes, decor, and Arabic writing displayed in the promo imagery.Well, it was, except it serves as a stellar example of complete culinary and cultural appropriation. Eating here contributes to the cultural erasure of the Palestinian people.

Delicious! Tried the Shouk Sausage with house-made sausage, roasted tomato, charred onion, pickled cabbage, harissa mayo and it tasted even better than a regular animal sausage. Was able to order at a kiosk screen without any need to waiting on a cashier. Love how efficient and effective that is. The ambiance and music was delightful as well!
