A very rude staff member yelled at me on the phone! No customer service!This was my first time going there and after I got the receipt I didn’t notice they already charged the service fee so I added 20% myself. Called back the next day to ask for a refund and the person that picked up did not say hi and continued to yell at me. Although our server was a sweet girl, I regret going there and do not recommend it. The person that picked my call was an extremely rude guy and actually yelled at me to say he can’t give me a refund. I had to hang up to end the call.He said because I had already signed the receipt it was already processed and I could not get a refund unless I actually went back to the place (although I had a picture of my receipt and could give the #) and he would need me to spend more money just to take it out of that. Yelling at a customer and saying “nothing is free” after a simple mistake…

Very dishonest guy the owner is Dereke Daneale never work with him if you don’t want your money to be stolen. Terrible and rude waiters. There are plenty more clubs one can go to other than

signature lounge is one of my favorite hookah lounges in DC! the hookah never disappoints. they also have really good food if you're hungry. 10/10 experience always!

I did not have a chance to go inside as this was another DC establishment that made up a rule before you entered the space. I was greeted by two DC cops at the entrance who were very nice and hyped up the place and gave great reviews. One of the officers checked my bag and the other officer checked my ID. As I was about to enter with my friend, a man stumbled out of the entrance, looked at me and said I could not bring my food inside (small to-go container) from a restaurant I had previously eaten at. The officers looked at him, I'm guessing maybe they thought he'd offer a solution, and he just shook his head. My friend and I left... shout out to my Africans making money in the city...

this lounge is very dead no people just empty..there is no dj everything is playing from YouTube and you control it yourself..they don't want you to play rap just r&b smh..the food wasn't hot the mimosas was in a small container and they took their time bringing it..would not recommend or will not be returning
This is such a fun place! I loved the hookah here and the drinks were great! The music was fabulous and overall a great vibe. I'd love to come back and try their food.

The ambiance is really nice but the service is pretty bad. Long wait times to get a drink, our waitress was constantly sitting in the corner on her phone. Lastly, the drinks were over priced and terrible. They do not have a dedicated bartender, so the waitress was taking our orders and making the drinks.
