I come here a lot and normally the customer service is pretty good; however the lady who worked 1st shift on Thursday March 7th is NOT pleasant at all. Extremely surly and just not the person you want working the front counter. Maybe just put her on making smoothies where she doesn’t have interaction with the public. Horrible attitude.

This is the 2nd time happened in different locations & I was trying to use the restroom before I buy but the lady who works there said you have to buy to use the restroom & I get very disappointed & left, so sad!

Very unprofessional customer service when I went here yesterday for a smoothie, the lady that took my order her tone was very mellow like she didn’t want to be there. And all the workers were basically kicked back in the waiting areas where customer suppose to wait for their orders at, the only person who was there with some common sense was one worker who was a guy, he understood my order and made my smoothie, but honestly I would not get that kind again??♀️

I Worked at this location for 8 months, owner is cheap and really doesn't like people . He used to shout at me , and threaten me . He's very rude and aggressive to his employers , Told us not to hand out napkins unless people asked for them, Fired me while I was off , and then blamed it on me instead of changing things that aren't right in the job .( I was being bullied) Horrible workers , who are only there for a paycheck , VERY UNSANITARY , Morning crew always late , Leaves fruit out overnight to unthaw, pays kids under 18 unlivable wages , workers do not know how to WASH dishes properly , so please be careful . Fruit has expired on multiple occasions and was still served . ALSO do not work there , you will not have the option for a real schedule, you will only be a replacement . So let's say working 1-3 days or 1-2 if he doesn't like you ;) it's time I speak up about Smoothie King Rhode island Row

Very clean and organized establishment (+++) The menu is really robust and the customer service was on point. Ordered the Lemon Twist Strawberry with a few changes and it was good!

Enjoy getting smoothies here, staff are friendly and professional.
Went back here and there was 5 kids in the back. Took 3 tries to make my smoothie coorect. The manager came up to fix it. He just added more water then blended it again. Tasted awful!!! Please people most of them don't know what there doing.. get it together. Not going back here!!!!
