Pros: the gluten-free cookie is amazing! cons: not much seating and service is very impersonal, all orders are taken on an iPad.

Whenever I go to Georgetown I stop by to eat the sugar-free Redvelvet! A delight. The attendants are always very polite and prepared to clarify doubts and suggest options. Today we were surprised by the gift of a private label chocolate. WONDERFUL! Try it without fear.

Although the ordering experience using the touchscreen systems seems a bit odd and impersonal, the result is some very tasty cupcakes. The cupcakes at Sprinkles are very visually appealing and taste above average against the competing fancy cupcake places in the area. There are plenty of options to choose from and your order is ready in a flash.

I wish I could give this place a 0 star. My teachers daughter 18th birthday recently occurred. She thought it would be a good idea to order her some cupcakes. So during the snow cation of 2024 the cupcakes were being ordered to the wrong place. So she call, text, email no responds to this day. One month later. Service terrible food mid.

Such a disappointment for my daughter's 18th birthday. Ordered from this location in the past and was satisfied but this time... NO. The cupcakes were noticeably smaller. For 5-6$ a piece, they shouldn't be this size. Never again from this location and will buy in person at other locations to confirm they are not this small. Unacceptable.

Brought these cupcakes to a party and enjoyed the extra touch of their holiday packaging. The cupcakes were not very sweet - a compliment. However $88 for 12 cupcakes - a slight markup from their usual prices was just a bit of a price shock for me. I get it's a lucky number.

Just finished the heartthrob red velvet cupcake and it was so good. The ordering system was great too. Even parking was easy. Thanks!

I have such a sweet tooth, and love all things sweet treats. So trust me when I say sprinkles is amazing! I’ve had most of their flavors, I love to try the special edition ones they come out with during holidays. My all time favorite is the triple cinnamon. This location is very small but has a cute little window nook to sit and eat at. The employees have always been friendly! My go-to spot for a cupcake in Georgetown.

I have been a regular for almost 2 years. Our favourite cupcake is the dark chocolate one, it's very nice! However I think they have changed the size to smaller as last time we even asked the lady if that was the same cupcake and she said yes, and they also have increased the prices. We had the red velvet recently and tbh it was very disappointing, the forsting tasted like some Safeway sugar dessert. Adding to that, that the variety is not wide and many times the most popular flavours are sold out. I am not sure if for that price it is still worth going here or to the other cupcake place in the same street.

This cupcake shop offers a charming experience with its friendly kiosk. The variety of flavors is commendable, catering to diverse preferences and offering something for everyone. However, the pricing seems slightly steep considering the average taste quality. Overall, it's a pleasant stop for a quick treat, but the cupcakes might not leave a lasting impression.

$6 for a cupcake is really crazy and it was FAR from worth it. Furthermore they don’t have as many options and are way more expensive than their competitors. For that price everything should be organic, I’m sure the ingredients are basic/cheap to begin with. That’s a ridiculous mark up.

Good experience overall. I tried the fall collection box (3small cupcakes), and I liked the red velvet one. Ordering was easy, there are 2 tablets/ touchscreens to order any cupcake/ cookies. However, the actual cupcakes display seemed a bit empty for a bakery & not many choices were shown (it was around 5-6pm weekday).

Cupcakes were mediocre at best for the price. Disappointed. From Jersey and bought on visit to see my daughter. Wouldn't pay that price again.
