This is by far the best Starbucks that I have been to and am from the U.K. so friendly, smiles, happiness….. engaging with customers is brilliant. You guys keep dancing….. love it
The best Starbucks I have ever been to. The Manager, Kurt ran a well oiled machine. The staff was some of the best I have encountered. I came in for the first time on Thursday evening and when I came back the next day Kurt remembered my name and order. I fully expect to hear that he is the regional manager when I go back. The service was fast accurate and friendly. This staff is the best

As we were walking around enjoying the sights, the wind started blowing and flurries appeared. It was a good time to take a break and get a hot matcha. Caroline and another sweet barista ( I missed her name) took care of us. They were so kind and sweet. I appreciate that. We just relaxed and enjoyed the snow flurries from indoors while enjoying our drinks. .

The ladies working were super nice to me and very pleasant. I ordered a shaken espresso with chocolate almond milk and sweet cream on top, and banana bread, which they warmed up... the next day I ordered a hot chocolate with a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese.. everything tasted good! The shop was super clean too.. there was a lot of outlets underneath the booths so you can plug in your laptop and do homework.

Substituted in iced coffee for cold brew without prompting me. I find Starbucks iced coffee to be too bitter, so this makes for an unpleasant drink. Otherwise a normal Starbucks, nothing special.
