Messed up a pretty simple order, unsurprisingly didn't care. Kudos that the order was right on the ticket and they still told me they are surprised to charge me to correct what they screwed up. Lol

Convenient location, especially if you are staying at any of the surrounding hotels; easy walking distance. The staff is very friendly and efficient, service is quick, the establishment is clean, and the coffee and breakfast sandwiches are on par with most Starbucks locations.

The worst Starbucks I've ever been to, they treat you badly, especially the morning staff... and if you work in delivery, they make you wait like 30 minutes and if not, they won't take your order.. bad staff... I won't go back

I frequented this Starbucks while staying at the Moxy over the holidays. This location was super quick. I would order after leaving the hotel and it would be ready before my arrival. The staff was nice and the location is near City Center.
I love the Espresso Con Panna! Taste so good! Easy access location, quite a music environment, the employees are focused on their duties.

Very sour, unenthusiastic service. I would recommend a review from the higher ups. Cashier was miserable. Zero greeting. Baristas do not call out your personalized drinks. Location is the only thing going. Wouldn’t return if I was not in the area.

This place is horrible, I waited over 30 minutes for 2 lattes, when I asked the kid that is there, he said that the other person was in charged of the coffee, she was on the other side preparing food. I waited, I asked again, he said "you simply have to wait". Then I said to the cashier to give me back the money and cancel my order and finally the "person in charged of the coffee" came and said " I already did them", and the kid, in a very disrespectful way grabbed a cup of coffee and said to me "Here is don't you see, was already made" and slams it to the table. It was not my order, was a Mocha which i did not order and is 2 coffees, not one. I got really mad, the kid is very very rude, and of course the barista made my coffee and almost threw it to me. NEVER will be going here again while they have the same people. 1st time in any state I get such a rude treatment at a Starbucks.
