I called and was told this isn’t a 24 hours cafe. It’s only for patients and hospital staff. For everyone else, it’s only open until 10pm. I’m glad I called ahead, it would’ve been a wasted trip.

This place is always packed, morning noon and night. Expect to wait at least 20mins for 1 cup of coffee. The employees look miserable, they don't acknowledge customers at all. If you work at the hospital and plan to get coffee come 30mins before you shift because this Starbucks will make you late faithfully

If the manager can see, PLZ AWARD your staff - Yasmine. SHE DESERVES A BETTER TREATMENT than her workmate!I had a very unpleasant experience at 8pm Oct.2nd night when there were two staffs in store, and my unpleasant experience was caused by Yasmine's WORKMATE at that time (this cashier lady kept showing disgusted face towards us and other customers for no reason, and SUPER RUDE and defiant while ordering..). I feel so sad for Yashmine since through the whole waiting time, Yasmine was the ONLY person took care of all the orders, made drinks and served all customers. SHE DESERVES A BETTER TREATMENT than her workmate!

This is a great Starbucks inside of the hospital. It can be hard to find and you must walk through the main entrance of the hospital to get to it but it is open to the public and is usually not busy. The staff are very helpful and we had a great conversation with our barista! There is also a bathroom in the Starbucks which is separate from the hospital.

Besides those that work here, most of us are here for loved ones that are patients here. A little kindness goes a long way. The young lady ringing me up was video calling/chatting while i waited at the register.

Yo they had like 15 people waiting while they “cleaned the machine”. The closed and reopened like they were doing something to make the joint run. Four employees giggling and looking at their phones before departing the premises. Does this location even have a manager. Someone needs to call corporate and fry this place. So sad the first line workers can’t even get a coffee. The patients families dealing with all that stress are met with major attitudes and poor customer service. For what? Pathetic.
