The food was mediocre, however the service at this restaurant was horrendous. When I got inside to order, I was greeted by employee’s who tried to rush me. The sandwich I ordered was a turkey on Italian herbs and cheese. The sandwich had like 5 small shreds of cheese on it. When I asked for a different footlong bread I was ignored. The sandwich also had very little turkey inside it and the vegetables were wilted. When I went to pay I saw the price and realized that they had charged me for An item I did not ask for, when I noticed the charge and asked for a refund, I was cursed out and told to just take the item because it was paid for. Overall the worst subway I have ever been to.

They add unsolicited meat and charge extra if they notice you've left a nearby bar or club! They should be monitored and banned! Absurd! Stay away from this place! Next time I'll record and call the cops!

Made a mobile order and there was barely any meat in my sandwich. My sandwich has chicken and bacon and there was one small strip of bacon and almost no rotisserie chicken. You’d think I got a vegetarian option if you opened the sandwich and looked. Avoid this location.

The short guy in there(might be a manager ) is very disrespectful!!! He was upset with me & my mother buying a homeless person food. He was yelling at us and telling us to leave his store, he was also treating the homeless guy very badly!

Came to DC for a show and got out extremely late. The group was starving but not being familiar with the city.we didn't know where to go or what was open. We were extremely happy when we walked a block and saw the familiar yellow and green sign. We became even happier when we saw the blinking 24 seven sign. There was no line and the service was wonderful. They were friendly and even gave us the extra cookies in the box because they just had made a first batch.

These guys CHARGED EXTRA for meat that I never ordered (ham). They take advantage of people who are ordering a bit intoxicated. They are trying to make a DIRECT PROFIT. They ended up re-ringing me up for $1 less than I was charged because I confronted them. Shady as hell. Do not come here
Those fuckers charge us for double meat when we never asked for it but because they had the cops outside of the store, they threaten you to call them if you complain about anything in the store, so I will never come back to the fucking place ., I will not recommend this place to anyone.

The employees here have very thick accents, which I don't mind at all, but a customer behind me couldn't understand him and asked him to repeat himself once or twice, and he was very rude and impatient and even yelled at her for not understanding him. Very hostile environment.
