Only 2 employees during a rush one was EXTREMELY rude and snappy. She had to be told to make our sandwiches correctly. She proceeded to go in the back and argue with the 2nd employee, who was shocked at her attitude and outburst but continued to remain professional. Even while making the next customers food she (Rude One) continued to make smart remarks towards the 2nd employee. Shout out to the 2nd employee for remaining calm. Will not be returning to the Subway

Bad service from not having napkins to not giving access to the bathroom to wash your hands since you will eat a sandwich that is logically eaten with your hands. I do not recommend it!!

Come to this location if you want to be rushed along with "What else? What else?" after every item you add to your order. Rude staff. Absolutely no care or consideration for customer service. But, I did notice they treated their Capitol Hill customer well. *sigh*

During visit,there was a altercation and police was called and the party involved was very confrontational with the store foreign ethnic manager slurs where the three parties young customer that was together stayed confrontational and only 1 table and 2 chairs was occupied by them and the services was interrupted and prolonging without welcoming place to seat.

I love this place...right across the street from the courthouse, just in case you need something to hold you over on a long day in court otherwise, it's a place I can't seem to just walk by, everytime I'm near there!Tuna fish on the Italian cheese bread is always my favorite!?

There was only 1 employee that was upfront working and she was rude and not friendly at all. This was my first time at this particular Subway for breakfast. I could not clearly see the writing on the poster about the sizes of the flatbread sandwiches. The female staff member pushed my sandwich towards me instead of lifting up the bag and HANDING my sandwich to me and she couldn't even say, "thank you". Is common courtesy a thing of the past - is it dead? I didn't get the memo...

I finally got a chance to try there breakfast and it was surprisingly pretty ok. I don't really go here anymore but I was offered a sandwich and I didn't say no. Now my visits here have been smooth so if you want a cheap good eat this place may serve your purpose.
