Ordered my subs it would be nice to have some meat with the bread. Maybe 20 shreds of steak on the Philly and maybe 10 slices of meat on the #23. Waste of $15.

You would think by being on base customer service would be you know better? NOPE same as if it was outside of the gates. Two unprofessional employees on the date of this receipt one male one female who just could not honor their own coupon that i use similar just last week with a different employee. Regardless, neither shown no effort to fix the issue and charge me full price. I had every right mine to walk away after the food was made but i was a on a time crunch. They need new employee or retrain these foolish ones. Not a happy customer.

One of the worst subway sandwich stores ever.

Food is nice and fresh however I have to give them 1star. I ordered the kids cheeseburger taco and I told her three times exactly what I wanted since she seemed confused. What she made me was a large burrito. Luckily the manager walked up and I told him so even he had to tell her twice because she started to make another burrito. This will not be a repeat....

Great tacos! Very messy! Others have commented about the service, but there wasn't really anything particularly upsetting during my visit. However, please be ready to cut up your taco/ burrito and eat it as a salad, as around 4/5 of our dishes crumbled in our hands. The flavor itself was great; the hot sauce bar was fun yet there are a few repeats and missing sauces. In addition, there are options for vegetarians and the calorie counts are listed. All in all, a good time, and good American Mexican food.

This was the worst subway I have ever been to!

Great tasting food and very inexpensive. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is they are rude and rush you to place your order. Although, the order comes out extremely fast. The bad part about rushing me through my order, was they were not listening to my questions so they could not give me advice on what best order. Now I know, so when I return I will be ready to go

Had lunch here 4 Feb 2017. Absolutely NO sense of urgency to make your order quickly. (During a limited lunch hour, this is important.) Employees mope around when making food as if they're being punished. (Like, "GAWD, mom, do I HAVE TO make tacos? Uuuugh!") The girl making my food had a long hair weave down to her back, WITH NO HAIR NET! The tacos were industrial, not good ... Ingredients were technically correct, but did not taste as if they were intended to be together. Bacon pieces tasted like they were "bacon bits" from a shaker. Chocolate chip cookie was brittle and stale, as if it had been sitting there for weeks. Will not return.

I typically go to the California Tortilla in Crystal City which I like a lot but today I was on Joint Base Anacostia-Bowling Air Force Base. Let's just say that I will stick to Crystal City from now on. They were very friendly but my meal was far from what I expected. I ordered the California Sunset Bowl and when I received it I was really just kind of shocked. On top there was a browning slice of avocado which was hard as a rock. The greens were almost non-existent on the bottom of the bowl and the whole salad was just kind of a mess. It is takeout, but even so presentation should be an important part of delivering a meal that was paid for. Attention to detail and serving something that the employee would also want to eat should be important. I found it to be very lacking in both departments. Next time I am on base I will hit Subway for lunch.

Disgusting and never open anyways. Hopefully it goes out of business soon and we get something good instead.

Faintly reminiscent of other California Tortilla locations. The service is friendly but the attention to detail is completely non-existent. Incorrect orders are prepared without much care, which is a sign that management doesn't care. Still, even a bad California Tortilla is better than no California Tortilla given the other options in this food court. Here are my last two orders at this CalTort. I ordered the Caribbean Mango Salad which I have received picture perfect examples of at other locations. The ingredients and what I received; Crisp greens (shredded iceberg), Blackened chicken (good), mango salsa (NOT present), avocado slices (brown and bruised), tortilla strips (crushed up tortilla chips), cilantro (NOT present) & tomatoes (medium ripe quartered flavorless plum tomatoes). I ordered a made-to-order blackened fish burrito with avocado and corn added. I received a burrito bowl with no avocado. Fish was good. It has much more of a fast food / food court mentality than a typical CalTort restaurant. They are just assembling items and loosely following the plan. The hot sauce "wall" is limited to a shelf of 4 different sauces. I have been to a California Tortilla in an airport that blew this one away. It's not awful, it should just have an asterisk after the name.

If 0 stars were an option, I'd give it. Bad food, horrible staff. My wife's salad had a greasy kinky hair in it. Totally gross place.
