Ordered online two subs. Arrived at pickup time. Waited almost half an hour to find out the wrong receipt was put on my order. This place has just about the STUPIDEST and rudest employees I have ever seen. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

I am personally not from a big city, so it is rare I am using a subway for transportation, but I had a good experience yesterday using it to get around the city. The machine I used to buy my metrocard looked extremely complicated and intimidating, but we figured it out. It was about 2 dollars per ride, which I suppose if you compare that to the price of a car or gasoline, it is a relatively okay deal. It was certainly less dirty than the NYC subways, although it did have a bit of a smell. There was plenty of spots to sit, however lets be real, it is sometimes more fun to stand and hold onto the ceiling railings or poles. Overall, good experience though.

Fast service, fresh food. Got the steak, egg and cheese flatbread sandwich. Needed to be slightly warmer. Overall a good sandwich . Gentleman made it judt how i wanted it.

Charged for an online order that they said they couldn't make and couldn't refund. Such a pain to have to dispute with a credit card because this store is so bad.

Disgusting subway branch. Let’s homeless people sleep here in the evenings, use the bathrooms to bathe etc., and and loiter during the day so that you have to wade through filth to get your lunch. Not sanitary at all would never recommend any one visit this establishment and the subway franchise should be ashamed.

This subway is the worst subway I've been to. I made my order through their mobile app which had the offer of a free bag of chips with any footlong. When I went to pick my order, I let the very rude worker know that it also comes with a bag of chips. She told me I was lying and it's not on my receipt. Then she tried to go back and hide (as they always are hiding in the back room full of flies). I showed her the offer on the mobile app and she just rolled her eyes at me. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! YOU WILL NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE HERE EVER! I also see that the manager is no use either which furthermore very dissappointing.

Contacted the manager on the receipt, Amer, who promised to "make it right", and got only 1 reply saying he would "send me a gift card". Of course I never got it. Contacted him again and never heard a reply. I emailed and left voicemails...still no reply. He doesn't care at all, so beware that if you have any issue at this location, you will not have it resolved. Very unprofessional manager and employees!
