Learn to respect customers. I say “Learn to respect customers”. You can’t survive this store with the attitude that you were showing towards customers. The lady at the counter is very rude guys. She’s not polite and she doesn’t care what are customer requirements. I will not be visiting that store again.

I set the bar low in general but boy is this place bad. I used the 2-for-1 footlong coupon on a pickup order: one slice of meat and a slice of cheese on each sandwich and the Sandwich Artist refused to fill the actual sandwiches ordered when we showed her the paltry product. Seems like an any means necessary cost-cutting strategy by franchisee/management. Head south on Connecticut for better options.

Stopped here after the zoo for a sun for my son…ingredients looked so fresh and food was made quickly! Friendly staff!! Would definitely return when in the area!

Poor sanitation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Clearly there has not been a recent inspection conducted by the Health Dept. here. Honey, this female employee used the same disposable gloves and knife on my vegetarian sandwich that she just finished using to cut a cold cut -all you can eat meat- sub. The employee then proceeded to use the same gloves to prepare food, on cash register. Gross! Counter tops were sticky, trash and empty hair products were on table tops and interior window. Always 1 person working- Don't be a cheapskate and hire more staff. I hope for the sake of this lovely area, that Subway does better! But, as for me and my appetite, we will NOT be patronizing this establishment again.
I cannot recommend eating at this establishment unless you intend to clear out your entire intestinal tract within a few hours. Both my mother and I were stricken by a horrible case of diarrhea. The kind that makes your sides quake, and leaves you exhausted but thankful your still breathing. My mother is 83, and I fear that the experience has most likely shortened her lifespan significantly. Now I remember why I haven't stepped foot in a Subway in over 10 years. Never again.

If I could leave a negative rate I would, this place doesn’t not participate in the acceptance of coupons. I order a meatball sandwich the meatballs were not cooked and I asked for it toasted and the cheese was not melted. I would not recommend this location.

❤ THIS PLACE! ?They always make me the ALL salami double meat 6-inch sub with extra spinach. It's not on their menu so appreciate their flexibilty.Two ladies and a nice gentleman run the place... I think all from Nepal originally. The youngest lady is actually the owner?. I was impressed with her when I found that out.Support their business! Honestly my favorite thing about Cleveland Park... Besides all the lovely ladies walking around?
