staff do not care about customer service and definitely dont care about quality control. i ordered thru Uber Eats, i ordered a foot long sub and received a 6 inch sub and they even gave me a me the wrong drink.

I wanted a seafood salad which I've purchased from Subway in the past. Unfortunately, this Subway didn't carry the seafood, and the turkey and ham salad was like eating cardboard.Wheelchair accessibility: This location do have an inside and outside door opener for wheelchair and handicap devices.

I ordered a kids sandwich, as I was not hungry enough for a 6 in, not a foot long. The first worker asked if I wanted a 6in, I responded with no. After my sandwich was passed along to the next worker he seemed annoyed that I asked for a kids sandwich as well. He reluctantly added my toppings, (2 of each topping). I had to ask for a bit more of each thing. They are extremely stingy with the toppings and very rude when you ask for more. Then when I was ready to check out, he tried to force me to make it a combo. I simply wanted the sandwich. I said I don’t want the cookies, chips or juice box, but he insisted. I mentioned the other store three blocks away allowed just the sandwich and he still refused. So, I politely declined the sandwich and walked to the other location to which I was allowed to enjoy just my kids sandwich.

There were only two options of breads to choose from, white and wheat. The employee was very nice and quick. Typically there is a wider variety of selections, but after a long day the sandwich was good, satisfying and filling. Which why we have no pictures lol.
