Believe the hype, this place is outstanding. Service was impeccable and the omakasi was delicious. Yes, this place is expensive and yes it's worth it. They have a fantastic wine list and very knowledgeable staff. Get your reservation in now as it is very popular and it is fairly small.

The food, service, and ambiance were delightful in the small, intimate lunch setting. Chef Lin's skillful artistry was a pleasant viewing experience. The visual pleasantry from the food preparation to the magical taste sensations overload is definitely one of the best food sampling experiences I have ever had the pleasure to experience.

I mean, wow. Just wow. The experience here was unrivaled from any sushi place I’ve ever been to. From the very beginning, I had let them know that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they had a special card printed for us to wish us a happy anniversary and a thank you for spending it with them. The waiter who took care of us was extremely knowledgeable about all of the pieces we were being given, and all of the items had just the most amazing taste of any nigiri that we’ve ever had. The wine list is over forty pages long! Everything about this place is fine tuned for a beautiful and amazing experience, and if you’re looking for an elegant and tasty night out, this is the choice that you should make.

Went here my with my boyfriend to celebrate a major milestone in our lives. I really don't understand why so many reviews say to "avoid the dining room, sit at the bar." Maybe I am just not an educated foodie or what, but my boyfriend and I sat in the dining room and had a lovely time. I get that at the bar, the chefs make the food in front of you and you get some extra food that's not available in the dining room, but the dining room experience is great too.You at least get some privacy and intimacy - the bar looked cramped and overcrowded. Not saying don't go to the bar, just that each area has its own upsides and downsides. The servers were attentive, the ambience was romantic, the non alcoholic champagne they served was FANTASTIC, and the food was spectacular. Overall, we loved the experience and would go again if we could.

Is all it’s cracked up to be! Location is a bit awkward to get to, but once you’re inside you can’t ask for anything more. We sat at the sushi bar & the experience was wonderful. So much better than a dining room experience in my opinion.

Everything that all other 5 star reviews are saying is what I want to say. Krug & wagyu+caviar nigiri pairing was as fancy and delightful as it sounds. Everything was wonderful. 10/10 would go back.

Incredible experience and memory that will change the way you think about omakase. We had the new years omakase special at the sushi bar, and what an unforgettable meal it was. Level of service and attention to detail were above and beyond. Chef Lin also explained to us the origin and history of each fish and answered all of our questions. We loved learning about the sourcing and unique elements of each dish, from the crown melons that only grow one fruit for each plant, to the rice that they import from Japan and mill each day. The table service was also insanely good - immediately noticing that I was left handed and placing each piece for me, and the friendly banter, everything was just perfect.
