Service was excellent. The food isn’t bad either. I need to give them a try because I got something out of the ordinary. If you end up getting fries like I did, they’re terrific. A chimichanga is next on my list. It’s definitely worth the stop.

I came here this weekend for a quick bite to eat after driving from out of town. I had the hibiscus margarita 10/10. When you order you get complimentary chips & fire roasted homemade salsa 100/10. For my entree I had the Birria tacos. The meat was juicy and tender, loaded with beef. I will be back here on my next trip to DC.

On Saturday at noon, there was already 3 tables worth of custom waiting for them to open. The food, and service is top notch. Portions at very hearty and all cooked and presented with perfection. This was my first time here and I really enjoyed their burrito lunch special. I will definitely be back.

Put in an order online, waited 50 minutes until it was scheduled to be ready, went to pick it up, and was informed that their system wasn’t working and the order never went through. So we will have ended up waiting an over an hour for food that is going to be undercooked. Not a great deal for $80.

Easy five stars for sweet agave- I read all the reviews before coming and people had such positive things to say. I share in the sentiment, this is a cozy, welcoming, neighborhood spot. The service was great as were the food and drinks, I came in with a large group but we were well taken care of and everyone enjoyed their food. I had the tamales for an entree but the best thing we ate was the queso with chorizo. The dips were a hit with the whole table. Also impressive options for margaritas- I got guava which I love and lots of places don't have. This is a great Mexican spot and I'd definitely recommend coming here!

One of our favorite take out spots. We love the shrimp fajitas, always plump shrimp and lots of veggies. We always replace rice with more veggies and they are accommodating!

The one thing we miss about Washington DC! This is a friendly local hangout that's always busy and has really good food (and Margaritas!) to boot. It's across the street from two well-known, fancier, spots that are also popular, but whenever we headed in that direction, this was our first choice for a consistently good meal. It will cheer you right up!

I really like this little neighborhood restaurant. Came for lunch yesterday with friends and came back for dinner tonight. Love the vibe. Very authentic tex mex. Respectable margarita, great chips and salsa. Love the chicken tortilla soup, pork tacos and chicken fajitas . service very good. Definitely good ambiance and nice small bar with locals.
