First of all the service was horrible . This is on 17th st in Washington DC.They looked like they were all high . There was one young lady fixing the orders told my friend “hey you what you getting “ then half of the orders were wrong . The plates looked like the food was just thrown on the plates . Mine was missing the avocado and the guy just smashed it all in my plate I was confused because in the picture there is half an avocado just on the side . And to top it all off I go to the bathroom and the “manager on duty “ is banging on the door telling me to get out and off my phone calling me girl . I had multiple layers on since it’s just my second visit to DC so it took me some time to get dressed. When I went to ask who the manager or supervisor was some guy said he was and then the woman that was telling me to get out of the bathroom stated she was the manager. As I proceeded to tell them what the issues were the girl that threw our food together was yelling and screaming in the food prep area talking about she don’t need this job and she don’t get paid enough . And so on . So they offered to give me my money back however they took my name and phone number instead which leads me to believe that neither were so called managers . I wouldn’t return to this establishment oh and the salmon was cold …….

While I think the salads are incredibly overpriced, the service is great and the team is really friendly! There was a new person, Gabriel, that was training and everyone on the team supported him and helped him as he made my bowl. Love to see
Ordered through ubar eats. Food is okay and came in pretty warm. The next time please add the napkins and utensils, mine came with none ?

Good location2 suggestions - for $14.80 I want my bowl stuffed every time!Second, the pin pads are mad confusing (which I'm sure everyone knows already because the cashier has to give directions before even being asked, and there's a sticky note with directions for customers)

Decided to try this place via Uber Eats. Great salad choices and proteins. Both salads we ordered were create your own. All ingredients were fresh and delicious along with the dressings. The only issue we had was that the order was received without a fork. Can't really eat a salad without one.
