I was with colleagues, looking for a place that was still open after 9 PM. I was happy to support a local establishment. I have to say that are wait person was phenomenal. There were seven of us, and she was extremely patient and attentive. I had wings and tater tots, and these were very good.

This place is so fun! Love the dive bar vibes with it being underground. The food is reasonably priced and tasty. I got the nachos. They were 18 dollars, but two people could eat off the plate and be full. Super tasty! My husband got their burrito and enjoyed it as well. Drink prices were reasonable, and the servers kept our water full. I wish we lived in the area so we could make this a regular spot!

i was looking for a dive bar near the World Bank, to meet colleagues for a drink after meetings at the Bank.It was a struggle to get consistent service the whole night. The food was pretty meh. But at least the dive bar vibe was there.Dietary restrictions: this place doesn’t really cater to gluten-free or vegan diners. Some limited vegetarian options.

Great bar close to the White House. The food was great and the staff was excellent. Good place to catch a game and not too noisy. Ordered the fish and chips. Large thin pieces of fish that were fried and seasoned perfectly. The tartar sauce was creamy and the fries perfect.

Stopped in for happy hour on a Friday afternoon which drew a great crowd in but we were greeted and seated right away. We loved the feel and atmosphere of this place and the service was awesome. The bartender made me the perfect Moscow mule and the happy hour chicken taquitos were great! We loved it all so much that we went back for a pint and a snack the next day. Definitely recommend! We'll be back next time we're in town.

We were in town for just one day and wanted to grab a few drinks and small food before we went out and we came across the Bottom Line. The service was great, the nachos were delicious. The same meal and drinks would have cost us over $100 elsewhere. Sometimes you want to go to a normal lowkey bar and relax after a long day and this was perfect. I would come back next time I’m in town.

This place was okay for the first half of the time we were here. I came in with two friends for a burger and a few drinks on a Saturday. We ordered and all was good, including the food and drinks, but then for whatever reason they decided to have a dj start playing pop music so loud that you couldn't have a conversation. It was weird and didnt fit the mood or the atmosphere of the place. It was offputting enough that we finished our drinks we had ordered and left to go to another place up the street.

Fun bar for a nightcap. Head down to steps to the basement location. This is a very casual spot. Been here for years according to my friends. They pour a good Guinness. Nine dollars for a pint. $12 for your typical cocktail. Or $13 or $14 if you go up a shelf. Fast and friendly service. Plenty of TVs for sports ball watching. They were playing a fun mix, so we ended up dancing a bit.

IThe Bottom Line offers a vibrant and enjoyable experience for those looking to start their evening in Washington D.C. with a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The highlight seems to be the combination of exciting drinks that are priced reasonably compared to other establishments in the city. The bar also offers tasty food options, contributing to its appeal as a go-to spot for a night out. Overall, it's portrayed as a great choice for anyone seeking a place with a lively vibe and affordable drink options in D.C.
