Carne asada is my absolute favorite ! Has such a good flavor. Choco banano empanadas are amazing and a good serving. The guava margarita has to be my favorite but they have plenty more options. Defined became one of my regular spots.
From the outside you might wonder what this place is about but when you go inside it is a different story and when you go out back, it is different world. The food was great. The staff was attentive and the chef did a good job. Parking is not easy to find but it is on the still worth the visit for the food. I was the photographer for the Yelp event and it was a good time. Great work by the artist with the walls in the back. Every area told a story.

Went for the reopening and it did not disappoint! All the bartenders were kind and attentive. The food was delicious with authentic flavors that made me feel like someones abuelita was back there cooking. The bathrooms were super clean and even tied to the bull theme with their cow print walls. Will definitely be back!

As soon as we walked in, I could tell this was family owned and operated, giving a friendly vibe. It was a quiet rainy weekday and we experienced great bartending service. The wings and fries were good, I heard a lot about DC mambo sauce and theirs was tasty. I'd definitely go back.
