The food is really good and the service is very attentive. With that being said, this is the ritz carlton resturant so it is outrageously expensive and the portion sizes are small for the price point so just know what you are getting yourself into.

I came here to celebrate Valentine's Day. That did require us to make a reservation. I don't know what happened, but even though we had a reservation, it still took about 1-1.5 hours to be seated. We did receive a complimentary glass of champagne for the wait. The restaurant itself is very nice and has an upscale feel to it. The waiter gave us an explanation of each dish we ordered and what was in it. That was the first time I experienced this. For the food, we were only allowed to choose from a limited menu. We had the roasted baby carrots, which were really tasty, and the patata brava, which left a lot to be desired. The arroz morado was okay; I think the arroz amarillo was better taste-wise. For the branzino and the lamb, both were very lackluster, in my opinion. The lamb was very chewy, even though it looked medium-rare. The worst part for me was that I still had to get food after leaving the restaurant. The desserts were okay; I'm not a big coffee fan, but the flan had me taking bite after bite. The churros were okay; they didn't seem like anything to write home about. The macarons were really good, and they were a gift for the Valentine's Day couples, I believe. Forgot the name of the drinks, but both of them were spectacular. Overall, it was an interesting experience. I don't think I will find myself going back there anytime soon.

the interior of the place is exactly what it advertises: luxury n beauty !! the service n food are less, however. the food is definitely not worth over $100, much less $50. we ordered patatas bravas, salad, gambas al ajillo, churros, and a seafood paella without mussels. i'm not sure where was miscommunication, but our paella still arrived with mussels. now, i've had paella before, and this was more like jambalaya. strange. it was good, but like i said, not worth the price. the wait staff comes n has this long speech when each dish arrives which is sooo unnecessary, but everyone was very nice n attentive!

The most delicious restaurant in the United States. Delicious, delicious, delicious, and the manager is very classy. He helped me choose halal dishes without forbidden meat or alcohol. A wonderful experience, and I hope I will break my fast there tomorrow too, in Morocco (Ramadan). The only drawback is that it is expensive..

I definitely chose a very busy evening to dine at Saga by Seven Reasons — it was Valentine’s Day. And understandably because they knew that they had a lot of reservations, there were several calls made to confirm reservations and also remind customers of the 90 min time-limit.This unfortunately was not exercised day of; which I guess is a good and bad thing, depending on who you ask ?. Reservations were all 30-40 mins behind, which as you can imagine, left a lot of people hungry and not best pleased. After we were finally seated, I quickly forgot about the long wait because the service, food and ambiance was absolutely fantastic! I would expect nothing less from a restaurant under Chef Enrique Limardo’s culinary talents. The Valentine’s Day menu showcased their most popular items from the dinner menu… Branzino Filet, Roasted Lamb Loin, Roasted Baby Carrots and their infamous Spicy Devilled Churros. The cocktail menu had a good number of options with different components from various liquor bases. I tend to lean towards cocktails that are more boozy or botanical, and throughly enjoyed the two cocktails I tried. One of which was ‘Somewhere In Manhattan’.I was absolutely amazed by all the flavours with the Roasted Baby Carrots! I literally will make sure to order that the next time I visit… If you’re a fan of habanero and labne — You’ve GOT to try it ??!!

We were kind of disappointed with our experience here. First off, the allergen menu is pretty inaccurate. Many allergens are not actually listed so I would recommend asking before you order. We were also not confident that they adequately paid attention to the allergen and we were potentially served an item with nuts. Second the paella can only be ordered in portions of 2 but they show it priced per serving. We ordered 2 dishes we were told would take 25 minutes each and the second dish they brought out wasn’t correct so we were stuck waiting for the correct dish to be brought out. Then on top of that a mandatory 22% service charge and not really anything done to compensate for the experience. The cocktails were pretty good and the food was ok but I would not come back. At this price point they need to do a bit better.

Terrible experience.Started coming here often, loved the food, the staff was great and close to my gym. Went there today with 3 of us, ordered my usual huge omlette and we all had diet cokes. The omlette came out with no cheese, realized after I cut it with my fork a couple times, asked the waitress about the cheese, she acknowledged it was supposed to come with cheese. She took the omelette back to the kitchen and they added cheese slices to the already not-so-hot omelette.I told them they could add cheese to the top but didn’t realize it would come back with cheese slices, unmelted, and it took them a few minutes so now my omelette was cold. I let it slide…We all ordered refills of the Diet Coke, asked for the check, each Diet Coke was $9. So we had 5 diet cokes in little glasses with a lot of ice and was charged $45 for 5 tiny diet cokes with a lot of ice.I brought it up to the manager and said guests should be told when they order that they are about to get $9 small non-refillable diet cokes. He said “oh she didn’t tell you?”I said no she didn’t. He took the bill, with our credit cards and didn’t bother taking any of it off. I assumed he would. So ya, 5 diet cokes for $45 at noon, cold omelette after adding the missing. cheese and I won’t be coming back anytime soon. They charge a mandatory 22% tip and this is what you get. I guess they don’t care because you have to tip.I gave this 3 stars instead of less because I did enjoy coming here before.

We went here for the first time for a Valentine's Day dinner. It is located next to the Ritz- Carlton. The restaurant was pretty packed, and all reservations were behind. Joke's on me for picking downtown rather than a local spot on V-Day I guess, but we're fans of Enrique Limardo, so were excited to try the Saga, and were really disappointed our visit. We waited nearly an hour after our reservation and were never seated. The host told us on arrival that it would be 15 minutes-- no big deal, it's a busy night, I thought.Grabbed a cocktail at the bar, and after 45 minutes we asked for an update. "20 more minutes," came the reply. Meanwhile, several couples with earlier rezzies than ours were still waiting. We were hungry, and the staff either didn't know or didn't want to tell us the actual delay, so we decided to cut our losses and pick up BonChon on the way home. Told the host we were leaving. "Okay, I'll cancel your reservation," she said. No apology, no explanation, no offer to comp or even discount our drinks. I know Valentine's Day is tricky, but come on.
