This place is SO good - you can tell the food is made with love. I had three tacos (duck, beef, pork) and all were delicious + the meat was super tender. We also had key lime pie which was awesome. The guy at the front was so nice and provided great service (I think he is the chef/owner?). Can’t wait to come back and bring people here!

Great Wings, Great Tacos, Great everything. I went here every week a couple years ago on my college project, and I'm making sure I come back the next time I'm in DC.
Fantastic food! I had the tofu tacos and they were excellent! The tofu was cooked perfectly and the flavor was great! Other people in my group got chicken and fish options and everyone was happy.

We came to DC for the weekend, and ate here two days in a row because the food was so good!! The food is fresh and tasty- nice vegetarian options as well! The owner is very welcoming and really takes pride in his food/restaurant. Would definitely recommend checking this place out.

First time to DC, and this was my first place to eat while here. Amazing service! Above and beyond on hospitality. Really appreciate that nowadays. The tacos were incredible!!!! I felt like a food critic while eating them. FLAVOR TOWN!!! You can taste all the flavors…how often can you say that! Wish I wasn’t here on business in order to share the experience with my loved ones.

Hard to find but well worth the search (down a few steps from street level, look for the red & yellow sign). Delicious real made-from-scratch food made by real people who know and love real food. It’s all made in house. Don’t be put off by the rustic look or you’ll miss having the best couple/few tacos of your life!
Got the Kailua pork taco and it was delicious. They are good size tacos. The atmosphere was very friendly. It seems like the local place to come get tacos. ??

Great tacos and great service. If I lived nearby this would be a frequent spot for me, have tried 5 different tacos and they all had awesome flavor. The poke was great as well, very good flavor again.
