Initially the service person was friendly, but once she got my money, things went downhill. I requested the key to the bathroom and she told me to knock on the door but there were an employee taking up space in the bathroom on their break. And an employee on her break went out of her way to scoff at me for requesting the key. Horrible atmosphere, and the food is horrible. It was supposed to be bbq chicken but it was chicken slathered in Tabasco sauce in a wrap. Horrible people, horrible service, horrible food. One star! I would have given them a zero if I could.

This place made me want to become a smoothie girl. So incredibly tasty, great healthy options without sugar... and incredibly clean. If you need a quick pick me up after shopping here in the outdoor markets during the weekend or after studying long hours, come here for a locally owned drink.

I've been here twice and both instances were excellent. The workers were professional and helpful...even allowing me to use their personal phone to retrieve and redeem a coupon I had when my phone wasn't working. I'll be back to get another smoothie very soon.
This is a great location. The staff is friendly and the store is very clean. Everyone is very personable and eager to help. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is it’s a newer location and the young ladies are still learning and getting a flow for orders. Sometimes the wait it a little normal than I expect. When I’m trying to catch the train or get to class, etc it can through you off a little. That’s my only complaint but I’m sure with time it will more time efficient. I like the staff and vibe though!

SSSSLLLLOOOOOWWWWW. Employees stand around while orders are taken and then at some point decide to make the smoothies, ONE at a time. I’d say they need to be trained/supervised but when I was there the manager was just standing around too so who knows. Didn’t love the drink - overpriced and also still too big.

I choose this Tropical Smoothie because I love to see the people who work there. They are young brothers and sisters enjoying themselves, making customers smile, being attentive and taking their jobs seriously, but not too seriously.The energy there is always upbeat and positive. They look out for their customers as well as each other. Service is fast and on point, no matter what time of day I go. Parking can be annoying, but I'd still rather go there than the other spots in the area.Lastly, you can tell the people there feel empowered to make decisions that are in the best interest of the company-customer relationship, regardless of their position. They are learning a good deal of life skills working at this location. It's a pleasure doing business at this Tropical Smoothie. And the smoothies and food are good too?

Service was bad for no reason. Wasn't busy. 11/3/22 2pm ish. Had to wait for service despite no line. Not even a hi be right with you. No receipt. Did not properly scan my app. I like tropical smoothie cafe. I know good service. This aint it. Hope was just that shift. 1st impression-unimpressed.
