Best dive bar in DC. Prices might take it out of the dive bar category.

After drinking all evening we came here late night and I thought it was good! We ordered loaded tots and they took forever so the waitress took them off our bill which was nice of her. Definitely very few GF items here but I got the steak and eggs and enjoyed it!

I had the pleasure of visiting the Tune Inn and indulging in drinks and their mouthwatering mozzarella sticks. The experience was delightful, prompting me to return this past week to explore more of their menu offerings. One dish that truly stood out was the chicken fried steak, which surpassed my expectations with its flavorful taste and satisfying texture. The Tune Inn once again proved to be a welcoming destination for indulging in delicious food and enjoying a laid-back atmosphere. Whether you're craving classic comfort fare or looking to try something new, this establishment delivers on both fronts. The consistency in the quality of food and the inviting ambiance make the Tune Inn a go-to spot for those seeking a memorable dining experience. I look forward to my next visit to savor more of their delectable dishes and enjoy the friendly vibe that sets this place apart.

Visited the Tune Inn a year ago and had drinks and their mozzarella sticks. Visited again this past week and also tried more of their menu. The chicken fried steak was very good.

We loved this place! It's loud and boisterous and they serve good food too! It honestly felt like we'd eaten here before! The Chef Salad was excellent as were the Chicken Tenders. The staff was very attentive and we had a great time!

My favorite bar in DC! It feels more like a low key Midwestern dive than it does a bar blocks away from Capitol Hill. Food is deep fried and delicious, drinks are stiff! What else could you want?

We travelled from the UK with our children aged 13 and 14 and had a great experience. Great food, wonderful and friendly server. We contacted in advance to see if children were welcomed and they were! We walked away fans of the Tune In for life and will be back. We literally "got the T-Shirt' thanks all for making it a memorable moment in an already memorable trip.

Best dive bar in the city. Period. Been going here since I was 16. Soon, I'll be old enough to be one of the geezers at the bar. ? Irreplaceable.

Four of us were here to grab lunch. Found on Diners Drive Inns and Dives list. Very old place! Know it's good when regulars are known by name. We ordered Burger, Fish, and Onion rings. All were great! Beer SUPER cold. Local taps here too. Had a DC Brau Hazy IPA that I would have again. Testimony to the name Tune Inn. Inside the decor is old school bar vibe.

Tune, is a neighborhood institution that has withstood the test of time. A quality place for cheap eats, interesting atmosphere, and a cool drink to wash it all down.

The best damn bar in all of the district! Must be your headquarters for any night bar hopping in the area. Ten years ago I was a bachelor that frequently visited this city. There are plenty of clubs, upscale joints and dives to be seen locally, and at that time a 7 to 1 ratio of women to men w/i the city. This is somewhere the haggered, tail chasing or confused DC partier will be treated gently and warmed up with great atmosphere, great drinks & food and the most friendly patrons & staff! Tune up at the Tune Inn!Oh also try the fried pickles!
