Food was amazing. There was so much flavor in both dishes we ordered. Definitely a unique meal. The service was also great.

1st time going there this past Friday and the atmosphere was very nice and chill. The food was good, but due to some food restrictions, I couldn't eat a lot. The broccolini and okra were deliciou. Service and Servers were great. I shall be back.

Unconventional Diner offers a brunch experience that truly stands out from the crowd. From the moment you step inside, the modern yet cozy atmosphere sets the perfect tone for a memorable dining experience. The menu is a delightful blend of classic brunch favorites with creative twists, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs. Whether you're in the mood for sweet or savory, there's something to satisfy every palate. The Eggs Benedict with a unique hollandaise sauce and perfectly poached eggs is a standout dish, while the savory pancakes topped with house-made sausage and maple syrup provide a deliciously indulgent treat. I had the loaded breakfast biscuits, which was a bit salty but very good. I chased it down with the Hibiscus Citrus juice, which was soooo good. Definitely recommend!!!What truly sets Unconventional Diner apart is their commitment to using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, resulting in fresh and flavorful dishes that leave you wanting more. The attentive and friendly staff enhance the dining experience, providing excellent service with a genuine smile.Overall, Unconventional Diner offers a brunch experience that exceeds expectations. Whether you're catching up with friends, celebrating a special occasion, or simply treating yourself to a fantastic meal, this is a brunch spot worth visiting time and time again.

A very lively, very energetic place. Service is friendly and quick and the food is outstanding. The meatloaf is perfect and the Cubana is delicious. Best to make a reservation since it's a busy, busy spot. Highly recommended!Update: Came back again, had more meatloaf, and was still impressed with everything. Delicious!

? Our server is very welcoming and energetic when introducing the menu to us. He recommended the loaded breakfast biscuits which I liked a lot. Hash browns, sausages and fried eggs, although common brunch ingredients, were layered nicely to create a unique, rich, heavy taste and a variety of texture. The sauce had strong black pepper blended with some sweetness which I liked a lot! Kinda want their secret in that. Not too greasy but did turn out a bit salty toward the end.• My friend had the Caribbean shrimp and grit - more refreshing with a bit sourness - she loved it? Had carrot cake as dessert - not too sweet is the highest compliment I could ever give to a dessert haha. Its texture is smoother and denser than the carrot cake I had before from a farmers markets- One thing to note is that the place is pretty busy. We went in at a Sunday noon and had made appointment a few days ahead. If you are looking for a quiet place and slowly enjoy your time, it might not be a great idea

Came from out of town to visit friends for the weekend and was recommended to try this place. I got the shrimp and grits, and it was very taste. Services was very on top of their game. A little pricey but very good. I'd go back.Vegetarian options: Vegan options too

Unconventional diner is one of my go to places for brunch service is always great, quality, food, and nice vibes whether you’re eating inside the restaurant or outside on their street patio set up. I love the decorations and the design, I really love the biscuits and jelly that they have. Great price to food ratio.

Great service and the food was amazing! Drinks are strong (my preference). Would especially recommend these apps: crab fritters, pot pie poppers, and Moroccan taquitos. The entrees also did not disappoint - wonderful restaurant and highly exceeded expectations!

Everything about this place was really good. The burger was my son’s favorite in town and we tried 4 or 5 spots.I only took away the one star for food because the other food was a bit overdone on trying to fancy it up that it just did not seem to get the right taste on anything else.
