We live this place, the waiters are awesome and the food was amazing. We were a party of 6 and we tried all their small casserole dishes it was the perfect choice to share with all 6 of us.

I moved in the area recently and decided to stop by for a drink before going home. I sat at the bar and was greeted by their Sommelier so I was told. He suggested the flight, I opted for champagne/sparkling flight and cheese selection. I was definitely disappointed in the flight choices because they were flat. This wasn’t up to par with what a sommelier should offer. On the other hand I was pleasantly happy with the cheese selection which included St André which is my favorite. They seem to have an excellent wine selection, cheese and menu(in French??). However, the service was mediocre, the Sommelier who was also at the bar was busy taking care of a group seating on my right at the bar, filling their water, free wine sample and never bothered to ask me of my thoughts on the flight or the cheese or offer me any water any wine suggestions. It was very frustrating to see the care on my right and I have to tell someone else to help me. By the war, it’s a very small bar so there’s anyway to miss me especially if you are talking to someone next me.At some point one of the guy in the same group he is chatting with him had to call home because I wanted to ask him for a different wine. It put me off!! Not sure why he chose to treat me differently but it felt intentional. On the fence if I will be back, but then if I do I will definitely request someone else.

This place made for the perfect Valentine's weekend night out. The atmosphere is sophisticated, romantic and elegant. The food and wine are excellent and the service is superb. My boyfriend and I had a lovely night. Thank you, Vin Sur Vingt!

I frequent this establishment due to all the amazingness it offers1. Excellent and wide selection of wines from all over France moderately priced2. Excellent food. Fresh and delicious3. EXCELLENT SERVICE - on this last visit Cherize was our server and she was amazing. The manager - Atal took excellent care of our needs. We requested to be moved to another table and he was happy to do it and gave us a larger table coz all our food and drinks couldn’t fit on the smaller table. Both t eh wait staff and the management were very attentive. And made excellent recommendationsNot a spot to be missed.Vegetarian options: Limited but great vegetarian options

10/10 in all respects.One of our favorites for wine, chill vibes, and delicious food.Wine is fantastic, of course, and the burgers are on point at Vin Sur Vingt.Wonderful service and perfect atmosphere for a quiet Sunday evening in the neighborhood. Happy hour has $10 glasses of wine and they offer it on weekends.

The 4 of us ordered a good selection of items starting with the Chablis (which I thought a little over priced but delicious), a dozen oysters, Beef Bourgogne, Salmon ratatouille, French onion soup, fries, green salad, a bottle of red Bordeaux finishing with a poached pear dessert. The food was solid, the atmosphere lively. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

Omg! In DC for a conference and what a great experience. The ambiance is just lovely, right down to the tile work on the floors. I had the luxury of being the first customer of the evening so I got all of the attention of the servers. They are quite knowledgeable and so, so personable that I could easily spend hours here!! I ordered the Croque Provençal and, WOW, it did not disappoint.I am going to try to make excuses to come again this week. Excellent experience all the way around!
Came by Vin Sur Vingt Wine Bar on My way to Le Deplomat. Saw menu and wine selection, change of plans. I was pleasantly Surprised! I Loved the three course dish I order of Bourgogne, couscous, and cauliflower. Everything was just so right, including the delicious cauliflower in a fantastic blend of French cheeses. Wine selection is extensive. I will very returning there in the future.

I love this place! Honestly, I don't understand why people go across the street to Le Dip. The food here is amazing and the vibe is super chill. I find myself pulling my phone out every few minutes to ask what song is playing (Shazam anyone)? The food is absolutely delicious. I've have the mussels and the steak frites. They have an extensive wine list and the staff is very knowledgeable. Speaking of the staff, they're great. This is currently my favorite spot on 14th Street!

Service is wonderful here. They take good care of customers and are knowledgeable on wine. I like their food as well. We usually get a bottle after 10pm on the weekend (always 25% off) with some cheeses. I'm a repeat customer and will be for my time in dc.
