The price for a burger, side, and regular milkshake was around $27 with tax. I ordered the limited time Southwest Burger, which came with chili and cheese; the chili cheese tater tots; and the pistachio milkshake. The food was about on-par with BGR and Five Guys in terms of freshness of ingredients and taste. The burger was run-of-the-mill, and I was surprised that the burger came with pepperjack & chili rather than the nacho cheese & chili that were on the tater tots.Overall, the experience was good, but there are better burger joints for the price.Vegetarian options: Wayback Burgers does have vegan/vegetarian options with the Impossible Burger.Wheelchair accessibility: The building and eating area has full wheelchair accessibility.

Expensive burger but decent. $20 for a combo burger meal is why 3-star. If it was closer to $10, it would be 4-5 stars.

The staff is great! Very friendly, and since I order the same thing when I visit, they know I want hot sauce with my breakfast burrito and include it in the bag without me asking. It’s the little touches like these that make me keep coming back.

Not too bad. The food is very greasy and a little pricey but it is DC so it's to be expected. The workers are usually rather nice and the food isn't half bad. I mean it's exactly what they advertise, fast American food! Their burgers are pretty good and their onion were too.

Fantastic burger today. Xavier took our order and was extremely friendly and helpful. He was able to bring the food out and checked on us. His female co-worker was non-stop working as well; sweeping under the counters, cleaning up, putting cones out for the wet floor. Great job.

Horrible service - never got my food after waiting more than 90 minutes for delivery. Then they told me to place the order again. No. No. No. Just don't give them your business.

Food tastes pretty bland for what you pay for, the cheese had no taste and the burger wasn't special. I hate onions and the most appealing thing on my burger were the onions. I'd normally be more liberal with this rating but the worker that served my food does not know how to wear a mask properly completely exposing her nose which defeats the purpose of the mask. It's like having holes in your gloves, what's the point of wearing them?

Completely screwed my order. I usually don't care if your food is mediocre if the service is good. Asked a regular fish sandwich, opened the bag and it had raw onions mustard and ketchup on it. Who get raw onions on a fish sandwich?!? Lol. Can't get a simple online order correct, went to order perfection right afterwards.........sorry to betray you Five Guys.

New spot wanted to try it out. The classic burger is good, the Oreo mud slide/pie, whatever it's called, is amazing - the only reasons it got two stars. However, I saw them with my hot food ready for over 5 mins. Shuffling it around and giving other people, who were after me, their food. The 4 pc. Tender I got I would give no stars. It's pictured below. So would I go back? No. For the price and service, we have better establishments close by and I can make my burgers just as good at home.

Not what I was expecting considering the price. The quality was decent, but the burgers have zero flavor. ..same with the shakes. Shakes cannot be ice cream with added milk. That's simply watering down the shake. If you notice, Chick-fil-A adds base to their shakes to compensate for the milk. The Vanilla Shake at Wayback wasn't good. The Chocolate Banana Shake was slightly better. Service was fast and friendly each time. I've been twice. That's enough for me.
