Haven't been to this place in years. Unfortunately, I probably won't be back. I ordered a 3 egg steak tip omelet with hash browns. The omelet was the smallest I ever had. The hash browns were dried out and crunchy, not the good crunchy. The service was just ok. It took over a 1/2 an hour to get my food. The dry hash browns were cold, so I didn't eat that. The coffee and toast were good.

When I came inside there was nobody else inside, and only one server. The server seemed kind but not attentive. I ordered biscuits and gravy, a side of hash browns and sausage. When the waitress put the plate down my hashbrows were white. I means white as snow, I should have taken a picture but wasnt on my phone at the time. I asked for them to be re cooked since they were not cooked at all. The gravy was beyond water downed and the sausage was old and hard. My friend recieved white hashbrowns as well in his breakfast bowl with barley any egg and just a slop of tomatoes. This is a restaurant where people are meant to eat fresh food that is actually cooked. On top of all of this the manager seated us when we came in and was not pleasant at all. The food was so bad I told the waitress dont bother having anything else cooked, I just couldnt eat it. She told me she would try to have the hashbrowns taken off the bill, they were but my bill was still 30$ for food we couldnt eat. I was very vocal about being upset with the food and the Manager kept looking at me but never spoke, instead she had some other woman along with the waitress question me about the food after Ì repeatedly kept saying how horrible it was, i shouldnt have paid for that. The two ladies kept saying how sorry they were while the manger was standinf righ there and i explained sorry doesnt fix the bill and nasty food. I should have not been nice and walked out without paying. Their current manager should be fired along with all of the other staff for contributing to multiple people’s displeasure. There is no “we let you down” Bob Evans, you are going out of business hiring people that dont care, serving non edible food. This is why Bob Evans is run down and going out of business, hopefully they close for good soon since they cleary no longer can provide edible food but can provide incompetent staff. I hope nobody else has the displeasure please dont waste your money on a business that should have ended 10 years ago

I usually have breakfast at Bob Evans once monthly. My recent visit was for Dinner. I ordered the turkey and stuffing dinner plate. Once home I opened my take out container finding that I barely had any turkey with the meal then to make things worse, the stuffing was petrified. It was more than likely scraped from their last. I will return, but not for dinner.

The food was horrible and when I mentioned it to the cashier she apologized but didn't offer for me to see the manager nor did she offer any solutions to fix the matter.

First, they sat us in a cold area. When we said something, they knew it was cold before they sat us down. She said everyone was complaining but they never offered to move us.Next, we got coffee. Waitress didn’t bring cream. It took 10 minutes to get cream. By then, coffee was cold.We got our breakfast. She didn’t bring our grits. We had to ask for them, and it took another 10 minutes for our grits. She said they were making them, and she had to wait for them to come out of the back. Our scrambled eggs were ice cold and my sausage patties were burned on one side.It was a very bad experience at Bob Evans. I’ve always liked to eat there, but I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

The worst chicken noodl soup ever. The broth has no flavor and there are almost no veggies. The noodles were mushy. Yuck.

Very average. The experience felt a little hollow, sloppy food but didn't taste bad at all. As middle of the road as you can get.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Boosters, coloring pages, menu items.Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible;parking and the open space inside

My son ordered from the door dash app, however I called to ask them to not burn the chicken.I also asked to have the gravy on the side as the gravy on the chicken makes it soggy. This was not done ! Okay, my order arrives with one piece of chicken. I called back , spoke with Mike, (the manager) to inquire as to why there was only one piece of chicken? I normally see two pieces. Mike said my son ordered from the senior menu. Okay fine, I apologized for the confusion and proceed to eat the food. The chicken was completely inedible. It was filled with gristle, or it was so overcooked that I literally could not chew it. Additionally, there was a piece of plastic in my green beans that wound up in my mouth. I mean this is unacceptable. Door dash charges all kinds of fees , then you add on a tip hoping it gets you good food , and nothing but garbage comes. I had to throw this entire plate of food in the garbage , where it belonged. Bob Evan’s do better!! This food is for human consumption. And it’s not free. If it’s getting close to closing time, and the food is not the best quality , please do not serve it. It’s very disappointing when you’re hungry and your food arrives in this condition. God only knows how the plastic ended up in the food.Below is a picture of the piece of plastic that wound up in my mouth with a forkful of green beans. I usually enjoy the food from Bob Evan’s - but this was bad, hence my review!!
