This location…. Is not it! I walked in and no one was even there to greet me let alone seat me. Instead of making a big deal I simply sat myself. A waiter (Logan), young male, made eye contact with me and aloud 5 minutes to go by before he slides a menu across my table (this time with no eye contact nor verbal communication) as he proceeds to walk to a table in front of me (whom walked in 3-5 minutes after me; properly seated) and takes their order… After waiting on them, he finally stops at my table to greet me.My point being is that the customer service is terrible and once I spoke with the manager (who didn’t tell me her name or had a name tag) it didn’t make matters any better. I should’ve just drove to Glen Mills location.

we came here for lunch after we found out that our usual Mexican place was shut down. The service was delayed, lazy and very impersonal. The food prices are ridiculous with a fountain soda being five dollars and rest of the drinks Being more expensive. We chose the lunch combo of six traditional rings and six boneless wings, it arrived with six small traditional wings and six chicken tender pieces from a dime size to maybe regular size; there was not enough fries and they did not include the slaw in it. Overall we left more hungry than when we came in. This place is very expensive without good food or enough food.

Let’s start with, never had an issue there before. But this is my last time getting anything from there. First I placed my order online, said it would be ready by a certain time. I got there 8 minutes after that time to allow them extra time just incase they were busy “which they were not”. I walk in front desk couldn’t find my order nor my food. I showed them my order information online. Then the girl goes “it just came through “ and prints out the ticket for it. So I had to wait another 25 minutes for my food. I get back to the truck and no drinks in my bag, her response “I remembered when you were walking out I figured you would come back in” ?♀️ I get home with my family to eat. The chicken was so tough and over cooked. It looks like they dumped the whole bottle of Sauce/rub all in my container. My chicken was so covered and drenched it was like they were trying to hide how over done they were. Next my queso “it won’t let me post the video of it” it was so runny it was like water literally you dipped your chip in and it ran right off the chip. It was also spilled all over in my bag. So my husbands Burger box was soaked and the burger was soggy. Don’t recommend this place has went way down hill. I’m not one to leave a review on anything but this upset me so much I had to !!!

I have never been to a restaurant for 3 hrs. Payed the bull before I even got my food. When I did get "my food" to go I got someone else's order. The place was not even busy either. The 2 friends I was with after almost 3hrs if being there got their food before the appetizer arrived and we could tell it was sitting bc the good was pure cold when they got it. Worst experience I've ever had never going back.

Been here a couple times over the past 2 years and it is without a doubt the worst BWW I have ever bought from. In the 8 or so orders I have made here, not even once was blue cheese in my bag when I ordered it. If I got it delivered I was out of luck. Sauces were incorrect the last 4 times. My vegetables are never with my order. Pick any other location. They cook the wings perfectly though.
