This was my first visit to Panda Express. The restaurant was really clean and the staff was really pleasant. I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp and was NOT disappointed. I'm not from the area where this restaurant is located, but it is the closest to my home area. That said, I would not hesitate to travel to this location again in the future.

I ordered lunch today fried rice was hard, almost as if they took yesterday rice and fresh rice and mixed it together. It was stale and hard at 12 pm. Very disappointed in the service that has been provided lately. Food not fresh, and the fried rice is different.

This was first going to this on route 40 in bear Delaware I got more vegetables then meat and barely had meat had more mushrooms then anything food was cold vegetables was hard and crunchy I'm very disappointed and I spent good money on food that wasn't good usually go to my other panda express near but close to there tonight so I decided to try here thinking it was the same way never again will I be going back to Panda Express on route 40 in bear Delaware

Service was super slow, the manager came out 3 different times always tucking her shirt into her pants. She was not concerned about the patrons that were either waiting for thier food or the 3 people in line ( me being one of them) waiting to place an order. Great job manager!

I was very disappointed! I got my usual the super Greens but the veggies were not good. The cabbage was brown and it looked as if it was old. I get there when they first open so I don't understand why my veggies tasted and looked old and wilted! This is the only thing I get from here!
There was no one in line so they took my order right away. Plenty of places to sit. I had to ask a few questions since this was my first time inside the restaurant. They should have pointed out the freshest items. It's just ok. Nothing special. The food was warm and I was hungry. I got a plate, spring rolls and a drink. The noodles were very dry. The vegetables and chicken were ok. Spring rolls ok with any kind of sauce. I didn't eat much of the noodles. Can't say I had a favorite. I don't think it was worth the $14 I paid for the entire meal.

Ordered online and they sent out wrong food size and I contacted the store and was told I will have to come pickup myself. I drove to the store and was given the right size. No refund was given for the delivery fee I paid online and they messed up my order. I got home with food and the food was prepared with extremely high amount of salt and we couldn't eat it. Everything was so salty. The store don't think they measure the amount of salt they put in food. Very unhealthy cooking. I was very disappointed.

Awesome food! I especially loved the new chili grilled shrimp! The lobby is comfortable and the lobby music was not overbearing. Overall great experience!

This establishment opens at 11. I arrived at 11:05 and only a few menu items were ready. I waited 35 minutes for my food while there was no urgency or professionalism from the staff. They were cursing and carrying on as if there were no customers present.There were several customers waiting. They were also training a cook at the time. When you have customers waiting, that’s not the time to be teaching someone how to make food. There was also no paper towels in either of the bathrooms. They were not apologetic at all. My suggestion would be that they come in earlier if they need more time. If you open at 11 that is NOT your prep time, you should be ready to serve your guests.
