I got the wings and all of them are spicy!! They should advertise that ALL of the wings are hot regardless of the flavors you choose. I'll never buy anything from the them again! I bought 2 orders. I'm beyond pissed!!!?

I will never order from you guys again. I ordered from the app for delivery because my car was totaled. My order comes and half of it is missing. I give my daughter her food because she’s the only one that has a complete meal. I then spend over the next 30 mins trying to contact you all to no avail so I get in touch with door dash. Door dash attempted to call but got no answer and told me I had to go through the app since that’s where I ordered from. I go that route and get an email with a simple I refunded you this amount back please come again. A refund was not the resolution I was looking for I simply wanted my missing food. Throughout this process I’m not eating anything that was deliver because I don’t have a complete meal. I attempted to call again and finally I get someone. The guy who sounds middle eastern tells me to go through the app for a refund of my missing items and it’s not his fault my food is now cold. I tell him why when they can simple resend my order, I didn’t request for money back I simply wanted what I paid $52 for. Smh never again will you get a dime from me. I know my little contribution may not count but it’s the principle, your customer service is horrible from the top down. Do better!!!

Just went through the drive-through and got the best service from a young gentleman and then the girl who changed me out, Gina was super friendly. It’s so rare to find customerservice these days and so nice when people just smile and say thank you!!!

The food was absolutely amazing I will be going again no matter how the service is. The lady in the drive thru handed me my drink w/o speaking, okaaay. I say thank you and as she proceeded to close the window I asked "can I have a straw"? She said "huh" she sounded very offensive. I again thank her, she closes the window. Minutes later hands me my food and closed the window, I'm not sure if she even heard my thank you again. It was my first time eating at any Popeyes. I know all the workers aren't like her but sheesh what a first impression.

This is the third drive through visit where I have ordered and received the wrong food. I returned the food and was given food a second time. Called to speak with a manager and the phone rings until it goes busy. I will not be going back to this location ever again. I've given them too many chances.
