11.17.2023 I went to Wings to Go and ordered 12 flat wings with extra sauce. The bill was 24.48 approx and I gave a $2 tip. My debit card notifies me of debits and balance. Unfortunately I had left the store before I got it. Associate took it upon himself to take more of a tip and billed me $29.08. Of course I called back. He wanted me to come back to the store to reverse and re-bill. Heck no I'll be then billed for both and have to wait days to get the original back. THIS IS FLAT OUT STEALING! He claims it was a mistake. IT ABSOLUTELY WAS NOT A MISTAKE, IT WAS STEALING! Left a message for the Mgr. callback tomorrow, we'll see about that, but anywhere I can.post this to warn customers, I will. Picked up at 6:30pm 11.17.2023.

I used to work here and one time I saw the manager drop a wing on the floor and put it back in the fryer... a regular customer ate that wing and I felt so bad

Ordered a chicken blt. The chicken looked pink, the bottom bun had this yellow crust on it that looked bad, and I explicitly asked for no cheese, and I found it on my sandwich. I won't be coming back.Fries were okay.

Don’t waste your time, Horrible customer service .Girl at the front lied and said they were closed to my boyfriend only for me to call and she ask how can she help me.. they close at 11 on weekends so google says.

This place is horrible the manager KELLy is very ignorant I got a door dash missing food and wings were hard as hell they told me to complain to DoorDash which I’m not doing they don’t make the food nor do they look to see if things are missing due to Covid restrictions.. I came back to the store with the items that weren’t cooked right I didn’t ask for x crispy they have no manager on duty the girl behind the register gave me the managers number to call when I did she has a attitude!! Then the lady cooking out her hands in raw wings no gloves and used the same hand to put fries in!! Never again will I be back here here is what fries with cheese I got oh the picture below is of my cheese fries and burnt wings
