“I think Applebees is an amazing restaurant. The food is excellent and fresh. I have never had a bad meal there and it is my number one favorite. The waitstaff are very nice and have fun personalities. My only complaint is that when I was there with my family there was this loud mouthed jerk at the bar that was talking and laughing loud and being completely obnoxious. Everyone was staring his way because he was so annoying. This was on Thursday night. The entire time we were there he wouldn't shut up. The meal would have been a more enjoyable experience if our dinner didn't have to be ruined by an obnoxious drunk. There were people there trying to have dinner with their children. There are plenty of other places he could have gone to behave that way. What a great example for children on how to behave in public.“

“Took the kids here after a round of golf. As we only wanted ice cream, it didn't bother us that this place only offers ice cream and a very limited food menu ( I think hit dogs). Anyway, the ice cream was good, place appeared clean, and it wasn't very busy. Only complaint was that the bathrooms were closed off to the public.“
“They just lost a customer until they hire a better cook that can actually read the tickets correctly and stop messing up orders. This actually happened a few weeks ago to us where we ordered the 6 piece chicken basket and two double burgers , and we only got two single burgers and only 4 pieces of chicken...... the manager made it right. Today the ticket definitely read no ketchup I am allergic and it was all over my burger. Get a new cook or teach him to read!!“

“So I like to post about times where something really special happens. My wife and I went and ordered a cheeseburger for me, a hamburger for my wife, and a regular fry. Unfortunately we made it all the way home and found out that they accidentally put cheese on my wife's hamburger and she's lactose intolerant. So we drove back and explained what happened. The lady came up and apologized profusely and said that they were going to remake the entire order since the fries and my burger got cold, so that we can enjoy our meal together. They were so nice about it and apologized multiple times and even gave us 2 free drinks on top of it.It's so rare to find customer service like this and honestly just solidifies the quality of this location's crew. Well definitely be going there anytime we want a good burger.“
