I fully believe the people working here can’t read. No matter how you order they mess it up, even if it’s a simple door dash order that says “no cheese.”

First time I came here (on a Sunday) they weren't allowing people inside. Second visit today arrived 45 minutes before closing I don't know the protocol but I was told only soft and hard tacos so I left empty-

Stopped in for some Taco Bell this time. Also got some KFC for the fam. Everything was fresh and delicious. The burritos were awesome! Biscuits were fresh, hot l, and soft. The front register associate was outstanding! I did not get his name.

I once had to stop and make an emergency poo in the middle of no where Arkansas between Little Rock and Memphis. The bathroom was in a ran down gas station, tucked away in a mop closet. It was filthy. This KFC bathroom gives that place a run for its money when it comes to cleanleness. Other than that, the food was okay and the staff was pretty mediocre.

Your experience will be hit or miss depending on who's working that day. The food seems rushed and thrown together on different days. Also they will keep your penny and claim they don't have any to give back. They're making a mint on keeping the pennies. When I complained I was treated rudely. Even Corporate ignored my query about the pennies. This can't be legal ??♂️

Been here 2 times for takeout. 1st time, it took over an hour after the promised pickup time and they got the order wrong. 2nd time, it took over 30 minutes after the pickup time and they got the order wrong again. At this point I just have to assume that the staff are slow and incompetent or are making it a game to see how many orders they can mess up in a day.

I ordered the 3 piece chicken big box with two thighs and a drum stick (extra crispy), coleslaw, and mashed potatoes. I was told that they were out of coleslaw, and agreed to substitute macaroni and cheese. When I got home, the order was nowhere close to being correct. Instead of the two thighs and a leg, I got 4 wings (original recipe), and I did not receive the macaroni and cheese.

Service was alright, the lady in the drive thru had a slight attitude. We asked for a receipt because the price was so high and we weren’t told the total at the speaker. We ordered 2 fries and they were not full at all both about about 2/3rds full and they were mixed with spicy fries. Cross contamination at its finest.

We waited 25 minutes for an order that we never received. They are always out of chicken ?… staff were on the back smoking weed. When I went back to ask for refund, The manager cursed me out! Slammed my money on my hand… two guys high as a kite came out from freezer area with 2 Taco Bell bags telling me my order was ready (I didn’t order any Taco Bell ?) Horrible place!! Rude staff.
