I don't go to Arby's often but decided to go a few nights ago. I didn't go in, I used the drive through so I can't review the inside. It was a little busy but the worker who took my order was extremely polite and professional while I was making up my mind. I have had Fast Food workers get angry if I take too long deciding what to order. I hadn't been to Arby's in a while, so it took me about 30 seconds to decide. I do have one complaint. I paid 10 dollars for the Beef and Cheddar meal, the fries were cold and the sandwich was barely warm. Overall, it was decent. Hopefully, the next time I come back, the food will be hot.

It’s a shame there’s NO WORK ETHIC these days. They were not busy at all. Only one car ahead of me, which waiting longer than normal timing. I proceed to window & waited a stupid amount of time myself. The whole time I waited there was a bag sitting there(me not knowing it’s mine) a good 10 minutes. And let me add the worker was just walking around & on/off his phone. He comes to the window with bag & confirms order which wasn’t mine then looks at the other bag which mind you been sitting there the whole time I was & hands it to me. I said you mean to tell me the whole time I sat while you walked around(10 min) that was my bag? All he had to say was YES… no apologies, no nothing. For now on, I will not be giving my money up until I’m handed my food.
