Parking: It's easy in and out they're just a bit slow on taking drive-thru orders and they don't know how to tell drivers to pull up and they'll bring out the they're special orders instead of holding the drive-thru line I'm on my lunch break I don't have a half hour

The food was okay to taste, but my daughter and I had belly aches, my daughter was vomiting. I think it was a case of food poisoning. Just disappointed.
The service is new I'm hoping customer service will improve as the new staff will learn as they do their job.

I’m not a huge review person but I’m currently eating my food, genuinely happy! I wanted to get something quick to eat and usually it’s hard to get good service sometimes at night but I’m usually third shift at my job. Just had door dash delivery thru the app and was genuinely so happy with the staff going above and beyond. I got a sandwich for my girlfriend and I, and even though they didn’t have our shake the store wrote us a note and gave us a pie instead as a replacement instead of just nothing. It really made my night & the next time I stop in I wanna make sure the staff knows how much I appreciated that tonight. Thank you! And the food tastes really good!
This is one of the few Burger Kings in the area that keeps their lights on, so you know that it is open. Also, they always have ice cream, many of them in Delaware consistently say they do not.

I was extremely dissatisfied and quite frankly disgusted with my experience a BK tonight. There was an employee eating directly out of the fry bin that gets served to customers. Not only was he directly eating out of it with his hands, he neglected to change his gloves between shoveling loose fries into his mouth and handling food going out to customers. This a blatant disregard to food handling safety and cleanliness. The worse part about this situation is the employee made direct eye contact with me while doing this and did not even hesitate to continue on with his actions. Goes to show they clearly do not care, management does not care and this must be a sad normalcy.

Got charged an extra $.75 for a slice of dry pasteurized cheese & $.75 for a thin strip of bacon on my Whopper!!! Waited 5 minutes @ the drive-thru window for my order & the cashier didn't apologize or give me a reason for the delay. Definitely wasn't a pleasant experience.
