Just ate dinner at Crispy Crunchy Chicken on Philly Pike. They are the best! They always have fresh, delicious chicken and always willing to make more if requested. Ali was very friendly and respectful. Thanks guys for another great meal.

I've only gotten food here once so far but it was really good, so I need to get back there again soon. We had fried chicken and it was great. The honey biscuits were a nice accompaniment, and I also tried the samosas - they were so good and had quite a little kick to them. We also got boiled peanuts - being originally from the South, I love them and it was heartwarming to see them hot and ready in a gas station on Delaware. The staff behind the counter were super friendly too. I typically only stop here for gas but will be getting food again soon for sure.

I usually don't have an issue and my review is directed at the company not the employees that tried to rectify the issue.You upped the cost of bufflo wings and the sizes of the wings shrank tremendously. it's not worth the almost 30$ spent.

Wrong, Who said it's open 24 hours? It's 11:41pm and closed already. Yet the website right now proclaims 24 hours. Fun to waste time and come away with nada.

Let me start by saying the chicken is fantastic. However the customer service sucks and I usually only write reviews when an establishment really messes up. I came in and asked for 5 wings and 5 thighs with 6 biscuits. The cashier repeated my order to me correctly and I paid for my food. However…I was given 5 drumsticks and 5 thighs. It’s not a huge deal other than the fact that the prices aren’t the same and I didn’t get what I requested. I was in Wilmington when I realized the issue and after a very brief phone call with the manager…not only am I not getting any money back but in order for the order to be fixed I have to back track to have them fix my order that they messed up. I…like some of the other customers who stopped in tonight was passing thru Claymont. If you can’t fill an order right you need to offer a remedy to keep your customers satisfied. I will not return to this establishment. I’m not wasting money on good food and very poor customer service.And I’m telling people not to come based off of the owners response!!!
