Their food is great but they don't accept ENT benefits and it's not fair to Americans on public assistance who don't extra money for food especially homeless people on Snap who only have these places to eat at they need to catch up with the rest of the country !

Originally from the Delco area and moved out Lancaster county man their are no good hoagies anywhere! Then I visited my aunt and stopped in here for lunch and the Italian Diablo was Phewwww???? reall good love the seeded roll fresh too quaility

My wife and I go here at least a couple times a month. They always make the food perfect. It's a little pricey but well worth every penny. There are really nice and they make the best hoagies I've ever had.Keep up the great work.

Today’s hoagie was terrible! The seeded roll had the end cut off because the roll was not fresh and tasted very stale! I also requested extra oil and to cut in half which they chose to ignore! This place is suppose to be a hoagie establishment, you’d expect the roll to be fresh? I’m giving it 1 star because this isn’t the first time that they sliced the end off the rolls cause they were so stale!

Trying Primo for the first time I was incredibly impressed. I got the Turkey Diablo and 1/2lb potato salad. The sandwich was excellent. Very tasty. Loads of meat. Toppings high. Onions thinly sliced which was a nice touch. The roll was seeded and while a tad tough it was still good and could hold up to all the sandwich fillings. There was so much to the sandwich it was almost difficult to get a full bite top to bottomPotato salad was tasty as well. Fluffy dressing with good full flavor, maybe a little vinegar/mustard forward? But very goodI am very impressed for it being a chain sandwich shop. I will be going back. Only downside is parking is a little tricky in that area

Since Capriottis started using low quality food, provide 1/2 the ingredients, after they doubled their prices, as I deal with their rude workers and dirty locations, I refuse to go there anymore. PRIMOS IS THE BEST! Their quality is top notch. I tried a tuna sub today and it was the best tuna sub I have EVER HAD. They serve top notch Italian tuna fish at a fair price. Their staff is always nice and quick and this location is CLEAN! When I think SANDWICH, I ONLY THINK PRIMOS CLAYMONT! The new owners understand QUALITY and CUSTOMER SEEVICE! Thank you!
