Several family members and I dined at Jack's this evening and I can genuinely say all 10 of us were impressed! Jack’s on Main is one of the best restaurants I've been to in the last few years! The boutique casual fine dining atmosphere was excellent! Dish presentation was excellent! Food quality was excellent! It almost feels like you're at a celebrity cooking show! The man loves what he does and it shows!
My husband and I came here for date night and we were blown away by the quality dining experience. The atmosphere is small and cozy, and there were maybe 10 total tables in the restaurant. There was a steady stream of diners, but service was efficient and everyone we encountered was kind and accommodating.We started with the mozzarella and tomato appetizer and the appetizer special for the night, which was a giant pretzel with a crab fondue. This place is a hidden gem; a charming restaurant located in what used to be the old town hall (c. 1868). To get to the point, the food is very good and I highly recommend eating here.Pictured with this review are some of my favorite dishes: "The Perfect Ten" (6 oz. filet mignon and 4 oz. crab cake), the short ribs, and the crab cake entree all from the dinner menu.
