Crabs are decent usually and everything is cooked to order. Family operated with friendly service. Crab house atmosphere is great I'm yet to eat there this season.

The last few times I was there I got my entrée no vegetables vegetables didn't come until after I was finished the entrée. The service was extremely slow. The food is nothing to write home about.

Had crabcake sandwich, fries, cole slaw & hush puppies. After reading reviews, was expecting much better. Just ok. Coleslaw very bland. Service was attentive and pleasant. Most around me were having crabs, maybe those are better.

High quality, reasonably priced fresh seafood in a homey atmosphere. You feel like you're in a cozy diner, but you're served high quality seafood restaurant food. Their hush puppies are the best I've ever had, a perfect crunchy bite and moist flavorable center. My catfish portion was generous and cooked to perfection. Table near me had steamed crabs and they looked and smell great. The corn nuggets were savory little fritter bites that were satisfying to bite into.Wheelchair accessibility: Visited with Pop Pop who is wheelchair bound, there is a ramp and tables that are accessible

10 miles off the highway, but worth the drive! Amazing fresh crabs. Not much atmosphere but it doesn't matter. Will be back.
Planned a visit to Fort Delaware and wanted some lunch. Kathy's is very welcoming and home feeling inside - booths or tables, plus an outdoor area (that was being used for large party). Amy had a great personality and made us feel like we've been there before. Bathrooms were very clean. Food was beyond what we expected. Everything came relatively quick, and hot. Cash preferred but they do take a card - would definitely go back if we hit the area again.
