This is by far the BEST Arby's in the state, maybe even the best in the United States! I've been going here for years. The store manager, Trisha, they are very lucky to have her and her team! I have never had an issue there and I go there a lot! The food is always fresh and hot, the dining room is absolutely spotless, and they keep up on it. The moment someone gets up to leave after eating. An employee comes right over to clean the table and sweep the floor. I also want to add that all the employees there are amazing! They all are so kind and helpful, and their customer service skills are even better than Chick-fil-A! This is the only Arby's I go to and I tell everyone about them. I hope the owners see this and give Trisha and her team the recognition they deserve! ?????? way to go!!

Brown Sugar Bacon sandwich was a huge disappointment first; there wasn't much bacon, and the flavor was drowned out by an excessive amount of mayonnaise. I had it many times in the past, and there is no comparison. Other than that, the service was as always above their competition. It's still one of the cleanest restaurants in town

Ordered Mod sticks and they fried the cheese out of them and i didnt know until i got home. This happened once, and i had a problem where my fries must of been put in bag and they dropped fresh fish. I could tell the dries were cold and old. Fish sandwiches are awesome though.

Drove up to Delaware to pick up a engine for my motorcycle. I left at 5:00 a.m. from North Carolina and had not gotten a chance to eat breakfast. Stopped in around 11:30 to get food. Amber who rang up my order was very quick and efficient with taking my order as well as drive-thru orders at the same time My food was hot and fresh and to me within 5 minutes. I was quite happy with the level of service and how polite and cheerful Amber was. I wish this location was closer to home as I visit much more often based on this experience today

Service was ok, but damn the food was terrible! I used to work for Arbys, and I would have been fired for putting out what we got. Smashed and cold sandwiches. My Ribeye sandwich was all fat and gristle. The Beef n Cheddar was a mess, with cheese all over. The regular fries were awful and bland with no salt. And the curly fries were a bunch of leftover little pieces. Service was friendly but they clearly don't care at all. Bad management, poor training, or both. Avoid this location.
Great food. Once you've been to one you have been to them all.
