tried to dine in at 1030 am, lobby door was locked. Employees inside looking at us, there were 2 cars in the drive thru after trying kfc next door instead, (they were closed/condemned also) when we left same 2 cars in the drive thru, feel safer not being able to eat there.

This place is staffed and ran by mostly attitude ridden mouth-breathers who can't get an order right, put straws in a bag, nor put cream and sugar in a coffee when there's literally no one else in the reasturant or drive thru line. Yall give BK a bad reputation.

930 am just trying to try y’all breakfast sandwiches for the first time & nobody was present working to serve me . Maybe they should open later if they can’t get workers there

This is my 2nd visit.. end of Jan _ 24..When I arrived, BK was empty of customers except the two in line for takeout.Bathrooms were decent to use . The dinning area was m9stly clean , however I noticed that they weren't being sanitized only the ones that were visibly dirty and not all them were cleaned either. The table my daughter picked out had visible food on the floor area ,under and on top of table. I cleaned myself. Like last visit the fountain soda ( root beer) was out this time( sprite) last time. NO ICE.The service was slow and unable to notice a customer in need standing there trying to get attention) . However it was with a smile and great personality.Parking: Disability parking in frontKid-friendliness: Hight chairs and a small kiss menuWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair assessiable for for entrance and bathrooms.

Horrible service! Everything was cold! Placed an order online for pickup. They did not put my husband’s whopper in the bag and everything was cold. I called multiple times to let them know what happened, no one ever answered the phone. Finally my son and daughter in law went back to the restaurant. The employees were horrible! They were argumentative and rude! I just lost my mom and I just wanted this to go smoothly! I can’t believe the horrible treatment we received! They lost a customer! I tried to list my issues in the app and couldn’t. It’s not very customer friendly. Someone was supposed to contact me and to date no one has. I don’t eat fast food often and now I know why! This was very disappointing

Eyan is the worst manager I have ever dealt with, he yells at his employees, when it’s a managers job, he tells his employees to figure it out. He cusses at his employees and he tells the GM a bunch of lies So that way that employee gets in trouble I love this Burger King until he started working there. I will not be back to this Burger King as long as he’s there working.

Went to this burger king last night and they got our order wrong. We went back into the drive thru with a receipt and was told we were wrong and they got the order right. We were missing an entire combo meal. The manager was very disrespectful accusing us of stealing. This has never happened to me before and I am appalled. Make sure to double check your order before leaving the window. I understand there are younger people working at night but the manager should have known better.
