Prices are way out of line. Ordered 4 subs (1 large and 3 medium) for our company yesterday and it cost almost $100! We picked them up and they automatically charged us almost a $13 tip - $3 per sub!! Haven't eaten anything from this location in a long time, and won't again. Make sure to check your receipt and their prices before ordering!! Turkey sub was dry - horrible. Sorry - never again.

Got a large Italian. It's was a bit pricey but they give you more than enough on each sandwich. Fresh and tasty.

The food I got today was much, much better than what I've had in a while. The sandwich had a good amount of meat on it and the taste was there. The last couple times the sandwiches had very little meat, they were mostly vegetables and roll. But I went back again because,well, it's capriottis. I'm so glad I wasn't let down, again. So it looks like they are trying. The young men who were working were very nice and made sure I had everything I needed.

The turkey sub had so much mayo on it I thought it was a turkey salad sandwich. :( I'm sad I spend $24.99 +$7.99 delivery fee, service and tip for turkey salad. yuck.

Ordered a Bobbi and a Cole Turkey. Very very little meat. Stuffing was dry and off. Coleslaw was awful. More stuffing than meat. Very disappointed. We gave another try. Will not go to this location again.

Ordered subs tonight. After spending over $40.00 I would expect my subs to be right! Two out of three were wrong! Unacceptable! Would definitely not recommend!

My recent vist to capriottis sub shop on independence blvd in dover de was bad. The order was not as I requested. My side condiment was not included and my oil and pickles were not on the sub. And for 22 bucks The sandwich was more lettuce than meat! Gas cost too much to drive back and forth to get what you pay good money for! I called to complain and was told to bring the sub back! I asked for a sub in the future and was told no. The food was fresh but the service could be much better. I will not be returning there .

Where do I start? I have been ordering Capriotti subs for 7 years - not anymore. The order I had - I wanted to spit out both subs. We've been ordering bobbie's for a long time and the bobbie now sucks. I ordered a cheese steak and it tasted as if it had been soaked in salt. Husband's Bobbie was nothing to brag about. Customer service was terrible. Won't be returning.

Let me start out by saying that the food is fantastic. However, the service level and cleanliness of this location are the reason for the low rating. We’ve consistently had to wait additional time for orders that we have either called in or ordered online with a specific pick up time. That’s a small frustration, but they do get busy. However, today’s experience was the last straw. I got there at my pickup time. There were only 2 people in there already waiting for their orders and they were just finishing up a 45 sandwich order. Ok, so understandable- my order wasn’t ready yet and was told “ a few more minutes.” Two different people asked my name and what I was waiting for. Meanwhile, the lobby quickly filled up and the place was packed. After waiting 20 minutes, I decided to go back up to see when my order would be ready. And guess what, it was already done and just sitting there. No one bothered to call my name or let me know. That was completely ridiculous. Also, since I was sitting there so long, I was able to look around at how dirty and nasty this place really is. There is some brown stuff hanging on the ceiling tiles, right above where they make the food. And not just a little, but a lot. There’s a little magazine stand in the lobby with about an inch of grease and dust on it, and the corners and baseboards are also gross. And finally, the workers would wear gloves when handling food, which is a good thing. But they were also constantly touching their masks and face with these same gloved hands. I’m done.

Sooooo good! The only bad thing is you have to drive 2 hours to get it because it's all the way in Delaware! I was visiting friends who said I needed to eat here because they do all the time and it's amazing and I was not disappointed!!! I have requested we go here every time I visit now lol

Definitely not like it used to be. I placed an order for just a large sub and a salad I was told 20 minutes. It took an hour. The staff were definitely overworked.

The owners should be ashamed of themselves. The employees in this shop look SOOOOO overworked, I don't even like going there anymore. I went there 7/10/21 Between 5 and 7pm. I ordered a few subs, the Italian sub I ate had a plastic bread tie in it! YUCK!!1
